Exactly.... you can take the monorail from the front of the house over to the Tower.... take the service elevator to the "Tip Top Club" and it will do the rest.

Wow!! This is amazing!!!! I can see I won't be able to see everything tonight - I'll just find my room and check out the dream house in the morning. I can't believe how much Wonder Woman and the rest of the gang got done in one day.
