The ticket options are confusing me ...help!

I guess I'm so used to the Disney way that Ive got a brain block. I'm a newbie to US / IoA (first trip).

We (myself, DH, DS12 & DS7) would be arriving about 2:00 or so on a Saturday (plane lands at 12:35). We'd have part of Saturday to do something and then all day that Monday and Tuesday.

Is there not a 2-day / 2-park ticket available on their website?

Then I wondered, CityWalk doesn't look like it's for kids so maybe I should get the 7-day / $86 tickets? Is that a waste for only 2 1/2 days? If I break it down per day it's $28.67 per day basically for admission per person. That doesn't seem so bad ... which makes me think I must be missing something.

The 7 day online ticket is cheaper than a 2 day ticket. It's the best deal right now in my opinion.

Okay so I wasn't missing anything then ... I think I'll call and see about a AAA membership tomorrow, book a room, order some tickets ... I think my boys are going to love it!!

I don't know if you've checked with them yet, but our AAA office has these tickets for $85 with no tax. You get the actual ticket, so you don't have to do anything else when you get there. I'm planning on picking them up for my family this week while I'm here on business (only one office in our state, and I'm here at a conference).
