Ha! Just when you thought you were going to catch a break, I get a PM from my PIC.
Seems Dylan is under the weather....and wants his mommy (rightfully so) and SHE wants me to torture you all day!!!! Hey~the things I do for her: ;)

Farmer Briggs owns three pink pigs, four brown pigs, and one black pig. How many of Briggs's pigs can say that it is the same color as another pig on Briggs's farm?

Okay everyone~ Line up behind cami again!!
She's got this down to a science:

::yes::

Yesterday's Answer and explanation come to you all courtesy of
BRIAN aka cubsfan:

At this time, I would like to publicly thank the Evil Math RiddleMistress for ( even if it was inadvertant) giving my life validation. Now, let's get on with it. This morning, because Dale Earnhardt Jr. didn't win any races yesterday, the Riddling Angels and their Cherubic Men (of which I am proudly one) were presented with a math riddle by the aforementioned Evil Math RiddleMistress.
This is normally (and some say rightfully) greeted by the general population with much consternation, as well as wailing and gnashing of teeth. This was also the case today. I personally found the riddle easy.....it's a simple excercise of finding the LCD, which, for math purposes, stands for Lowest Common Denominator...not Liquid Crystal Display. This is done by multipying: AxBxC. This gives you the answer. Simple? Well, yes.......and no. It seems as though there were many alternate answers being given. How could this be? It's a math riddle.......it's finite.....there should only be one answer. So, with no more pressing duties, I set about trying to figure out what in the world the deal could be. And eventually it came to me...so I IM'ed the RiddleMistress and she verified my suspicions. But I still wasn't satisfied that the alternate answer was in fact a legitimate number. So, I did a little research on the subject, and this is what I found out.
Was it, or wasn't it? Well, yes.......and no. It is now.....but it didn't used to be! The fact is, the alternate answer wasn't considered a number and didn't even exist until the 7th centuary, when an Indian philosopher, a member of the "Siddartha GautamaШas" got transcendental and decided that there needed to be a name for "nothingness". Long story short......he got the idea from looking at the moon...... I swear. If you don't believe me, then go here: http://members.tripod.com/Cynan/zero.html
Anyway, this struck me as funny.....and on a couple of different levels. Firstly, how is it that it took someone so many thousands of years to come up with nothing? Secondly, my DW and I have had more than a few discussions recently about how adept I've become at comtemplating nothing all day long. So you see.......I come by it naturally! In fact, I may have actually discovered it in a previous life! So thanks Steph! for the validation!

Happy Birthday Ryan!!! :bounce: :bounce:

Feel better soon Dylan! :(

Hi Cami & Steph! :wave2:

Brian - Words fail me....but they don't fail you! :p

Okay, okay before I even deal with this morning's pig sty let's establish a few things.....

I told all of you Cami uses the time difference to her advantage ::yes::

I never said the answer yesterday was zero. Zero is not a number. This is one time I am firmly in Steph's camp. I did however first submit "itself". Not that "itself" is a number but Her Evil Riddleness has been known to throw us a curveball before. I quickly followed it up with the correct answer (A X B X C).

And finally, Brian what the heck are you talking about????? Are you trying to tell us you were something else in a former life? A White Sox fan perhaps? They say I have too much time on my hands?

Happy Birthday Ryan!

LOL! I don't understand the explanation!

I DID send in the answer to today's riddle though!

Morning riddlers. We have light snow here again today. Hope Dylan feels well soon.

Good Morning Riddlers.
Pm sent. Not sure if it is right.

Happy Birthday Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
