For the avatars, run your mouse over it and left click for Properties. Copy that. You can put that direct into the avatar area, under User Cp, Edit Options, Change Avatar, then go here..........You can enter an URL of your avatar: left click on the mouse and paste. BINGO!

If you need resizing, it's not that simple. Maybe ohanafamily (resident techie) can help get the url at the correct size for you!
