It's so beautiful and sad at the same time.
:sad1:
I know.
I love Vienna by the Fray as well.
I'm good, just sorta tired..but I'm slowly waking up and getting energetic. :D
lol.
I know the feeling.
Those cards are great.

One thing I didn't think was too funny though was what I saw on the news the other night. I think this happened in San Francisco and maybe some of you saw it. It was the gay Nativity Scene. There was a guy dressed in whorish drag as Mary and I don't know about you, but the Manger scene is pretty Sacred in my religion and I just thought that was taking it a bit too far and I am far from one of those holier than thou people.

Wow, that sounds pretty.. um..
Bad.

i did not hear about that...
that's terrible...
Manger scenes should be taken seriously...it's not a joke, it's sacred...

i made this picture for my desktop on photoshop in less than 30 minutes...

Ugh, I hate how everyone is so disrespectful to atheists because we don't believe in anything...

Overall, Manger scenes are pretty incorrect... We don't know what animals were there at the time. Actually, the manger was only mentioned once in the Bible, and wasn't about where Jesus slept. What else... He wasn't born in December, more likely in April, and about 7 years before. They probably didn't stay in a stable, because Joseph was born in Bethlahem, and they were doing a Census which meant everyone had to go back to their own hometown. That would mean that there were relatives living there so they most likely stayed with them instead.

I totally agree there. My friend's family try to make her go to church, but she's told them a thousand times that she doesn't want to.
=/
I think it's just a case of everyone is different, and you have to respect it.

Me too! Seriously if you want us to respect your religious opinion, you have to respect ours.:upsidedow

I know!
And what I hate even more is that when they ask you why you don't believe in any religions, you tell them and they get SOOOOOO pissed at you.
Ugh, hello! you asked me, so don't get all *****y over it!
And then they'll go and call you satanists.
Apparently I'm going to be the cause for the tribulation and the apocalypse and everything else that will end our world.
That's okay, if I am I might as well have fun doing it, right?

well, we don't know anything for certain about Jesus' birthday...
i read a book just recently that was about Jesus when he was a kid and the whole family didn't live in Bethlehem, they traveled with Joseph and Mary to Bethlehem, so they didn't have a place to stay...
but, like i said, nothing is completely certain about Jesus' birthday...

sorry, i think that everyone is free to believe whatever they want to believe...
