Wow.

I was doing yoga and was like REALLY into it. I was listening to my music and couldn't hear anything else.
It was the relaxation part and it was almost over, so I was lying down and I was thinking of nothing which you're suppose to and I felt so relaxed and was starting to drift off.
Then my brother opened the door I guess and jumped right on my bed beside me and I shot up and in my mind was like "OMG WHAT HAPPENED!?"
I told him not to do it again because it startled me so bad since I was basically out of it and after he left I began to cry for no reason that I can detect...
I don't know why it made me cry.
