Anyone else spends a little time on Sundays dreading work , for any reason?:confused3

I do!!!!:crazy2:

List why!!!!

I can not stand our super cheery/phoney receptionist-how can anyone be so up and enthusiastic before getting a cup of coffee???.:sad2: :confused3

Funny! I spend much of my day after about noon on Sunday dreading going to work the next day. I really like what I do.. it's just the "daily grind" I don't like. For instance

the alarm clock going off
getting up before 5am so I can be sure to have a little "me" time before work
trying to wake up DD (this is a nearly insurmountable feat!)
Driving to work in traffic
Dealing w/a co-worker who rarely has a positive thought about anything'

BUT this week, I need Monday to come because we have to get to FRIDAY when we leave for an extended weekend trip to WDW:cool1:

I am dreading tomorrow a bit. It's my first day at my new job after being laid off for 6 months. I really got used to my routine not working. And I spent a lot more time with my 3 y.o. DS. I never used to worry too much about him being in daycare. But he's so used to being there 1/2 of each day (4 hours) and now he'll be there from 7:30 - 5:20. That's a long day for DS and it really makes me sad.

Not working isn't an option. And I think I will like this job. But it could be really tough - I am going to be an Executive Asst. for the first time ever.

pixiedust: pixiedust: for you tomorrow. It will go well. I just started a new job 3 weeks ago, and know how hard that first day (week) is, but it went fine, and it will for you as well..:grouphug:

Yes, I'm dreading work tomorrow. We're in a temporary office (extremely small) while our office is being remodeled. There's one co-worker is loud, chatty (doesn't know when to shut-up) and brings all her baggage to work. All you hear is how she's a victim of everyone in her life. She doesn't listen to any sympathetic advice.

Actually, I've been vindicated, others have voiced they're tired of her babbling. Come April, I've been assured they will seat me far, far, away........

I dread Mondays because my ds HATES school and every morning is bad.... but especially Monday and ESPECIALLY tomorrow.... they had all week off last week so it will be really hard to get him back into the routine....

I'm dreading work tomorrow!! I work in for an administrator in a high school and all last week they were on vacation . . .it was soooooo very peaceful working there without them! They'll all be back tomorrow and most likely be off the wall . . .on the flip side of that . . .at least my day is going to fly by!:thumbsup2

I don't really "dread" going to my job on Mondays, I just feel like I am never quit ready for it.

Add me to the list too.

I had to leave early Wednesday to go to the doctor and have been home ever since. I still feel bad, so I'm not really ready to go back. Ugh. It will suck because there are very few nice people in my office so no one on my side of the office will be kind to me still be sick.

They'll be real ticked off if I can't last all day long.

its gonna be so stinkin cold, and Im gonna be lifting stuff all day in a cold warehouse :sad2: , but hey, it pays the bills :)

I ALWAYS dread work on Mondays. I work at my parents company, and I work a very boring and monotonous 10-hour day. :crazy2: 3:30pm on Monday is like heaven.

wow-that was the longest post I have ever read by you!:lmao:

We've been off from school for a week as well, so tomorrow is going to be tough-plus I have back to back meetings after school tomorrow:crazy2: I won't get home until almost 9 p.m. Tomorrow is going to be a loooong day!
