2. Well, you have to test negative to even board the ship.
The concern I have is that it might affect the last day of the cruise. Since the test must be within 72 hours, the test we take to board the ship no longer meets Bahamian testing requirements.
I guess it will remain in effect as long as the Bahamian government sees a need for it.
isn’t this a game changer imo.
so one can test negative and board the ship ok but day on am of day 2 or 3 of a 5 day cruise , you could test positive in your quest to either go on a shore excursion at Nassau or even CC…..
you then get the unpleasant experience of implementing your DCL back up plan . …
yet I’ve pitched initially to my TA a notion for “shouldn’t we have one in place just in case snd initially all I’m hearing is crickets ….

Whereas I agree with the Bahamian government on this it’s going to lead to a lot of people rethinking cruising …. Imo even after all this omicron stuff peaks ….
