Hmmmm, I consider myself a normal person, and we do split stays most trips!! I think your blanket statement about who does split stays might not be accurate. In fact, it seemed like in 2025, split stays became a bigger deal because of the free water park day that many families used on that day of checking into their second resort. That being said, could I see Disney look to put a price tag on moving luggage? Ah, probably not - agree with you there. But you never know!

My point wasn't about who is doing it, my point is that it's so few of them. It's so tiny that it wouldn't, actually, make them a buck.

Not a buck, ohhkkk. They would make a buck if they did this. I remember the naysayers with the mindset that Disney would never charge for fast pass. I don't put anything past them now to make a dollar. But that is the mentality of today. Not just with Disney. In Vegas, some hotels will charge you for the guarantee of connecting rooms, they place a charge on both rooms. I wondered if Disney would follow that trend, hopefully not.
