Airport visitor passes (ONT+, Experience MCO, OCPass, etc)

How has everyone’s experience been with these new “visitor passes” that let non flyers through secure areas? Most of why airports are doing this is due to those last goodbyes or welcomes that some parties wish to accomplish.
