After the romantic tryst in Minnie's garden Alek and Erich decided to reclaim their masculinity by getting their pictures taken with some princesses of course.

Really the reason we picked the princesses for pictures is that their line was significantly shorter than the Disney Pals line, very odd as it is usually the other way around.

Peter Pan and Wendy were going up and down the line entertaining the children while they waited for their chance to see the characters.

Erich took this picture of me waiting in line only to use it as you have all seen for nefarious purposes. As you can see in the picture my face was kinda blotchy looking from the rash but it wasn't too bad, it still made me very self-conscious though.

It did not take long to get into the princess room and we were surprised to see the Fairy Godmother with Cinderella.

For some reason I didn't get in the Aurora picture.

Apparently Aurora is a big Mega Man fan.

Next up we wandered across the way to Donald's boat, what a disappointment, there was pretty much nothing there.

After that it was over to Mickey's house. Nobody wanted to get their picture with Mickey so we just went into the house to look around. Mom decided to wait outside on a bench. As Alek posted earlier he was stopped by a CM at the front of the house because of his shirt, turns out he was a big Mega Man fan so he talked Alek's ear off while I went in and got pictures.

Great update. I need to do more character greets. My DM was too impatient on our trip and only stopped if there was no waiting (or if she was captive at the table for a meal.

Meeting the characters can be a lot of fun, saying that we didn't do nearly as many character photos this year as we did last year. We mostly just did ones we didn't already have pictures with.

I can't even tell there's anything going on with your face! I probably would have been the same as you, though, and been self conscious about it the whole time. Even though no one else would have noticed!

I was very self-conscious, I was always checking to see if it had got worse or if it had spread.

Thanks Jo. Really the rash was the worst on my legs and then not for another two days. I didn't care as much about my legs though as it was covered by my shorts.

I think I read that they kicked the Disney Pals out of the tent for the new Fairies meet and greet. I could be wrong about that though. If it is true it seems a bit wrong to kick Mickey's Pals out.

Having accomplished everything we wanted to in Toontown we decided to move on. We followed the logical route and went to Fantasyland next.

We decided to try and grab some fastpasses for the Haunted Mansion before going on anymore rides, sadly the ride was closed and no fastpass. We turned around and headed back into Fantasyland, we checked to see what time Pinocchio's opened for lunch and saw that we had a good 30 minutes before we could grab lunch.

Either Alek or Erich suggested we ride the carousel so that is exactly what we did. There was no line so why not right?

Here is a little video that Alek made while on the ride. In the first bit I am looking at the camera smiling like a fool thinking he is taking my picture as the camera was trained right on me, how silly of me.

After the very "terrifying" ride on the carousel we spotted the Sword in the Stone. We decided to try our hand and see if one of us was King Arthur born again, "The Once and Future King". Sadly it appears that none of us were born to bring the golden age of Camelot back to the world.

No idea why Alek ended up sideways.
