My favorite Sarchasm was when I said someone was suffering from a renalcranial impaction, and they should check their health care if it covered a gastovisual implant
The person googled the medical terms without realizing they arent real (DOH)

The Gastrovisual Implant is a window surgically installed in your stomach so you can see with your head up your ***
The person was ranting on what an idiot I was going on about medical terminology that I didnt understand.
*sigh* I hate it when creativity just goes so unnoticed. (others got it)
