Running spouse ... love it!
Everyone should have a running spouse. Helps keep the actual spouse from being bored with running and training talk all the time.
Anyways, I have a quick question @FFigawi - how do you do the ziplock with spibelt? Do you just put it inside, or do you safety pin it to the outside?
I put it inside the belt along with anything else I might be carrying. I end up rotating the pouch over to my hip because when it's fully stuffed, it bounces around too much if I leave it against my back.

Gets me every time. It's rare that I just up and go for a run nowadays: schedule's too full. But as a teen and young adult? Absolutely! I distinctly remember getting super stressed and frustrated with school work late one night and going out in the snow to run until the stress faded. I also remember enjoying an amazing beach sunset and suddenly feeling a need to run along the shoreline for a bit - so I got up and did!
