I will watch pretty much every event I get the opportunity to see. My favorite is generally swimming. Though gymnastics and track and field are also some favorites of mine.QOTD: With the Olympic games starting this month, what event are you looking forward to watching the most?
I just made a training plan for my half marathon in October so that takes one item off my to-do list for the month. Of course I'm a bit late but I just need to ramp back up my mileage following the summer slow down.QOTD: What are your goals as it relates to running for the month of August?
1. Follow my training plan.
2. Get more mileage. I currently have about 56 miles planned for the month which is a few miles above my norm when I don't have distractions.
3. Do yoga more consistently.
4. Take off that vacation weight.
