The Reserve at Town Center Davenport

Has anyone ever stayed in this community? It's south of WDW, but it looks really good and the rates are reasonable. Thanks!

I've never stay there but we drove in as far as you can go. It looked good. You can drive up Old Lake Wilson Rd and access 192 in about 7 minutes or you can access I-4 at Champion's Gate and within 10 min. you're on Disney property.
There's a new Publix complex just 2 or 3 minutes from it along with a CVS Pharmacy and some restaurants and services.

Hi. I am not exactly sure which exact community you are referring to, but we stayed at Windwood Bay last February and we are staying in Grand Reserve this coming February.
Like Sympatico mentioned, you can take Lake Wilson Road to 192 and access all the restaurants/shops that area has to offer. We took Lake Wilson Road to get to 192 for dinner several times and found it to be quick (10 minutes).
To get to the parks, we jumped on I-4 at exit 58. The junction to access that exit is just down the road about 1/4 miles at Champions Gate. Disney parks are exit 62-64 off I-4.
If you travel west on Ronald Regan Parkway (Route 54), it takes 2-3 minutes to get to 27. If you go to 27 north, there is an Applebees and further down the road there is a Super Wal Mart. If you go to 27 south there is a Chilis, Target and a JC Penney and few other fast food places. This is a 10 minute drive or so.
