Oh no! Didn't you do that last night? How long did it hurt last time? I always worry about my knees because they pop and crack so bad and sometimes when they crunch they ache for a few days. I've been taking that Move Free glucosamine stuff.

Good morning, everyone! I know I haven't been around much... It's been enough for me to just try to keep up with the trs. Went to the back specialist yesterday and ugh... I'm starting myofascial treatments which really means incredibly deep tissue massages. Yes, massage sounds great, but this is going to hurt... Anyway, I also am getting corticosteroid injections in my lower back (away from the spinal cord thank goodness!!!) on July 30th. It should give me pretty instant relief so it's good, but I'm not looking forward to it. Just wanted to give you gals an update so you didn't think I was dying or anything!

Well, since I had a Vegas trip request... I'd LOVE to talk about it!!

I'm going with my best friend and then a friend of ours is meeting us there from LA. We're staying in the MGM Grand because I found this amazing promotion code which upgraded us to a fancy shmancy room for around $80 a night! Woo hoo!

Hey, Heather!! Hope the massage therapy works well.

I had the cortizone shots in my back in Jan...3 shots total...Surprisingly it doesn't hurt but really feels WEIRD!!! Unfortunately for me, the shots did not give instant or even 'over-time' relief but I truly hope they work for you (I had a herniated lower lumbar disk)

I have some very VERY bad news for the group..........


we are getting the moving truck tonight... TONIGHT.. and loading it with stuff for the dump....

then tomorrow we are taking it to the dump and loading up to go to Clearlake!!

I think there's actually a display you can have in your house that shows you the gems you have. I think it may just be the little drawers that Artie has, but I'm not sure.

I've thought about buying that so I can look at my jewels whenever I want and dream about the crown.
