I remember going swimming at the Y with my cousin when we were about 8 or 9. I had never been there and got all confused. I went back to the locker room to get something from my locker but my stuff was gone. I was so scared and nervous and took off running around the corner and ran into my cousin (I should mention that my cousin is a boy) and he yelled at me for being in the boys locker room. It looked just like the girls but the doors were about ten feet apart.

Maybe she just wasn't thinking straight, when she didn't make anyone POA.....

What a shame this is for her and for you and everyone else involved...

I really hope she comes around.....

I'm pretty much the only person involved. She has no family. The social worker at the hospital tried to get her to make a power of attorney but the only thing she could convince her of was designating me her healtcare representative so the doctors call me for permision before they do anything invasive. That doesn't pay your insurance premium for you though. I had gone to the hospital today to try and see if we could get a signature out of her and the social worker called me earlier to tell me she wouldn't wake up. We didn't think we could get a signature if she was awake so obviously that really screwed up the possibility of taking care of the hotel she's been renting on a weekly basis and not admitting to actually living there.

Thanks! As long as it's not Lacey or Sabra I'll be OK. I loved that Sabra was basically a back up dancer in High School Musical. Now I think DS is in love with her.

I bet my mom's hubby was dying of laughter when she told him..

Luckily the girl's PE teacher was walking by at the time and told me where to go. It would have been extremely embarrassing to have walked into the boys locker room.

Oh man....this is so horrible.

If she is not cohesive, maybe they wil have to get like a court order, the hospital, to make you power of attorney....

I am not sure what else can be done........
