Now that I have outfitted everyone for Halloween, I am going to get my coolie in bed tomorrow.

I get to sleep in a bit as DH, who is watching DS, has a dr appt.and therefore I can't go to work til about 11am

I'm home again.. sick as hell again....

I hate being sick when its hella hot outside!

I found out that I have had medical since April... so I am going to try to send the insurance company that bill from the ER....

I called the insurance company to see why I dont have cards or any information or anything and she had no answer for why but said they would send them again.. but she gave me the policy number so I could see a Doctor today...

well the Drs wont see me without the card...even tho I have the company's name, phone number, my policy number and date I was effective... but at 2 the urgent care office opens and we are going to call them and see if they will see me without it...

I hate being sick!

You probablyu need that informathin faxed or email to you, so you can print it out.

When we were in Florida, we didn;'t have our cards yet, but we just used a letter proving we had it.

I would MAD as you know what at your work...They probably have your insurance information there...your card and info pack.....

There should be no reason you can't get your money back from the insurance company........just send them the bill and they should take care of it..

did you know that when its hot out and your poor doggie is super hot you should put a bandana in the freezer (well put it in before its too hott) and roll it so its about an inch or so wide and put it around their neck. it will cool them down quick... we do it to my dog and she will be all panting hard and stuff and she stops... well not all together but she doesnt pant as hard....

also they say to freeze a BIG bottle, like the 2 liters, and where your doggie usually lays put them there... and it acts as a cuddle buddy kinda! and cools them down... usually this is for outside dogs... or indoor where its really hot inside!




I imagine you could do the same with kitties!!!

I put a small frozen bottle of water in with Belle when it gets really hot and she sleeps with it!
