so Auntie's potassium level was to high because she has a bladder infection because the catherter (sp?) has been in to long... i dont know what they are going to do to fix it but she is still in the ER

There's one about 45 minutes or less from you in Delaware. We saw it on our way home. I think it was like exit 46 or 49 but it was just off I-95 in Delaware right before you go into Maryland.

Me and Cuz(weirdtigger) are trying to plan a meet at the Waffle House in Delware, as that is where she lives....

So, the nursing staff left her caterther in too long??

MY dad has one right now as he just had surgery and a nurse comes every day to change it to his house.....

I knew dad had a catheter in at home but didn't know he just had more surgery or are you talking about his previous prostate surgery?

So DH called her (Cuz) and talked about getting together at Waffle House? That's great. I know you can't wait. We got kind of Waffle house'd out going to them so much. But it's been a while now so who knows we may have to hit another one, one of these days.

as far as I know they havent changed the catherter since she got there but I have NO clue! thats not something that uncle scottie tells us about you know?

On June 7th, he had a procedure done because he had blood in his you know what...afraid if I say the word, might get into trouble.

So, he has to wear a cathere for a week I think. A nurse comes every day and changes it for him.

I think he goes back to work on Wed??

He seems to be.....I talked to him today, he seemed normal, minus the whole thing about being mad about my student loan...

I called the Student Loan people to see if I could get a 2 month extension, so I won't be late every month.

They said until I caught up, I would not be eligible...

So, I have enough for may payment to be paid this thursday...so I am goin to try and send them a small bit every week, so when the 21 of june rolls around, I might actually be able to pay it....

What is DS doing? Is he still awake?

The air is working so good now its almost cold, brrr, but I won't complain after the last 3 days of sweating so bad, yuck! It was a killer.

yeah.. and i dont know if it is.. I know when mom and I went together about 2 or 3 weeks ago she was sitting up and her "area" hurt and she said it felt like she had a bladder infection...
