Haven't like 3 seasons started with Gretchen and Tamra making ammends? I'm so over them! I did like to see Tamra working though, good for her to finally take care of herself!

Can't wait to see how they are getting rid of Peggy. Do you think something happens and she leaves the show? Or was she only invited for 1 episode/1 party?

Alexis needs to get over herself. I read she just moved into a new $5million house after her foreclosure. I wonder if it's leased??

And I know he's not a 'housewife' but I'm glad Slade is keeping his short hair look after that disaster he had on his head last season

I follow a RE blog that delights in detailing the housing woes of the RHOC.

Here's the cliff notes version:

The Bellino's bought a Newport Beach villa 8/2007
6,400 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 5.75 baths, 6 car garage, on a 9,100 sq ft lot
No idea what the total sales price was, but they took out a $4,560,000 1st mortgage
A NOD was filed 5/2010
When the NTS was filed 8/2010 the published auction bid was $4,677,635 (usually pretty close to what is owed on the loan)
But the auction was cancelled, multiple times, and a short sale was finally completed for 3 million dollars 4/2011

I don't know if they ever actually lived in that house though, it was rented out during at least some of the pre-foreclosure proceedings.

Apparently the Bellino's are pretty good at hiding RE transactions using Jim's company and/or LLC's for their holdings though. Speculation is there could be even more messiness out there.

They're now living in a 5 million dollar house in Dana Point. It's 7,146 square feet, has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, with an elevator, 8 car garage, rooftop deck, private beach access and ocean views from nearly every room. But there's no conclusive word on whether they bought it or are leasing it.

Ok, my little review on the FEB 28th epi!!!

OMG Alexis put down the Red Bull. Ugh. Does she ever shut up. Sheesh she is a motor mouth. I was exhausted listening to her because she just flaps and flaps and does not even come up for air. Anchor, ya right. One 5 minute segment on your butt does not make a Morning Anchor.

That whole comedy whatever ... so freakin' boring. I hope people did not pay for that. SS was just awful.

What's with Heather's DH, is he starving for attention? And big ole JIMBO ... we see him but we don't hear him. Perfect!

Isn't it interesting that now that Donn is out of Icky's life and she has a new BF, she isn't slamming away on her blackberry or laptop? Hmm!

Previews looks like SS and Gretch get slapped down by Tamra!!!



TONIGHT's epi …. March 6th

Heather tells Tamra that she and Vicki were the butt of Slade's jokes in his insulting comedy routine, and Tamra doesn't think it's funny at all. When Tamra tells Vicki about Slade's comedy routine, she feels insulted, but is distracted by her daughter Briana's upcoming thyroid surgery, which could reveal if she has cancer. Alexis works herself into a frenzy over her upcoming nose surgery because she's convinced that her doctor must remove her nose entirely from her face to take off the bump. At Tamra's '80s-themed Bunco Party, a friend brings up Slade's jokes and a simmering controversy explodes into full-on conflict. While Gretchen jumps to Slade's defense, Tamra tries to diffuse the situation by revealing a surprise -- much to Vicki's horror.

Well, you wouldn't want him with Jeana then. I think she's a malicious/cunning person but acts very innocent. I thought I heard Vicky mention that he was with someone or did I imagine that?

I agree that Alexis talks just to hear herself talk and makes herself look more idiotic with every word. I noticed that Jim lost weight and seems more fit. I'll bet that's why he's showing his face this season.

Heather . . . not sure what to make of her. On one hand, she seems kind of real, but on the other hand, she seems so uppity and judgmental.

The show really didn't get good until the end. They had an 80's themed party and Tamra invited the men over without letting the ladies know. Vicky was ticked off when she saw Slade there. But Vicky is definitely angry at Tamra for taking Gretchen's side.

Vicky is such a hypocrite! And she can't even see it! I couldn't believe how she made excuses for her boyfriend going to jail for child support. Gretchen was right. Vicky was a complete idiot.

OMG...I couldn't even listen to Vicki she sounded so delusional. Even last night on WWHL, she still denies being hypocritical and stands by what she said that Slade is a deadbeat dad and that Brooks just fell behind.

Dan August clothier dude, his suits are lovely but sheesh get a makeover buddy your hair is gross.

I really like Heather and Terry.

Icky and Rooks … oh bother … they annoy me and that restaurant, my Lord, they picked the LOUDEST place in all of the OC to have dinner and discuss HER life AGAIN. Gag me. Icky is such a continuing drama queen.

That was sad for all of us that liked Donn when Bravo zoomed in on his 'sailor' cap (in the closet) that he wore allot on RHOC.
