Really enjoyed their brisket and ribs. Great sauces. Not a bourbon drinker, but an amazing list to review.

Not sure how I would feel about the coffee rub, but the brisket piece looked like it had some decent flex to it. Would've preferred point to the flat, but still looked tender and juicy enough. Unfortunately, the rest of my family isn't big into bbq, so I didn't get a chance to try this place out yet. Maybe one day!

I've only filmed videos for The Polite Pig and Regal Eagle (it was not good).

I have eaten at Flame Tree though. The pulled pork cheese fries is what I had and it was good.
