I heard next season will be a 15 hour shift that takes place over 4th of July weekend. With some time passing, we will get to see some character development. I sure hope Langdon gets to go to rehab.
As far as the lawsuit goes, I thought it was a bad idea to mention that Robby lived with his grandmother for awhile. Very similar to Carter being raised by his grandmother. Whatever happens, I hope the show earns some awards. Great acting.
It's a really good show. Most realistic one that I've seen. Clearly there are some things that don't happen IRL, but it's pretty spot on. And it touches on things (eg staff/bed shortages, burnout, PTSD) that no other show ever has. Love the 12 hour format too.
I think they have a point. The way the stories are woven together are very ER like. My husband disagrees and thinks it's like any other Medical Procedural show. The ER fast paced environment is unique though and the fact Noah Wylie and John Wells are involved gives the family a case imo.
