We slept late the next day at least late for the Capells in Disney - and didnt get up till 7:00 or so.
With the Pirate Revolt now in our past, I figured its time to address the other half of the TR.
Remember the Frog in the title? Time for that part of the story
Somewhat rested (after all, it was very late when we got home), we dressed and got ready for brunch.
We headed off to find a Breakfast Bus.
At 8:15, we boarded a bus to Magic Kingdom and Mom talked the driver into dropping us off at the Contemporary since we were running late.
We hopped off and I ran ahead to check us in.
Apparently Mom stopped to take a picture with her phone:
It was now about 8:45 and we had an 8:35 ADR at none other than CHEF MICKEYS!!
The setup had just changed with the addition of the Contempo Café
And the Outer Rim.
We arrived and checked in and waited a short bit for our table.
Looking out the window, I noticed a great view:
And then it was off to take the classic Chef Mickeys picture.
Now we dont often buy pictures when they charge you more money but, for some reason, Chef Mickeys and Ohana both come out great!
So, once again, we were suckered into a picture purchase.
So, by now, you should have noticed two things.
One with the pirate theme behind us, Ive resorted to talking normal (much to the delight of Mom who was growing tired of my pirate speak).
And two as I no longer needed to be a pirate and we had some more formal events planned today, I cut my ties with the pirates literally and shaved off the beard.
So, looking like myself again, I followed the hostess to our table and immediately headed to the buffet as I, like usual, am the family buffet runner.
When I came back, the parade of Mickey and his friends was about to start!
The server quickly presented us with cupcakes as it was DDs 5th Birthday at the end of October.
And then Mickey arrived!
Now Mickey may be cool.
But he aint better than a crispy slice of bacon.
Just ask X:
And then the family shot:
Donald was next:
And, of course, more bacon:
Minnie was next and DD was excited to meet her all decked out in her Minnie clothes.
Look! Twins!
And one not-so-happy boy made to pose with the girl mouse
This one didnt seem to mind though
The dogs brought up the rear.
