I have read through most of the articles about tripods on this forum. I have done extensive research on the net concerning tripods but I still cant find the answer that I am looking for. So, I figurer that the only way to get that answer I am looking for is to ask the question myself.
Does anyone make a good, sturdy tripod that will extend to about 60 inches but will also fold up to around 18 inches that I can use with my Nikon D200. The largest lens that I will use is my 24-120 VR lens. I also have an MB-D200 grip attached.
Yes, I know that there are tripods that will work but I dont want to spend 4 to 5 hundred dollars. I am sure some one out there has had this same concern and has found the Perfect tripod.
In my younger days was able to hold the camera pretty steady at slow shutter speeds but Im getting older and Ive been missing out on what could have been a great picture because of a small amount of blur.
I would be very grateful if someone would help me.
Thanks,
Coach
