I'm doing ( DJing ) lots of kids parties now. I haven't done a Conga line because I was thinking that some parents might not like kids putting their hands on another kid's hips.... So, I was thinking... what if I have them put there hands on each other's shoulders? Is that PC enough to be acceptable?

I'm talking kids aged 4 - 8, mostly.

That sounds fine to me, but I wouldn't be to worried about the hips either.

We did a conga line at DS8's birthday party on Saturday. The boys all placed their hands on the shoulders. They had a lot of fun, and got quite goofy too.

Waist, hips, shoulders....they are little, no big deal. I think waist or shoulders would be easier.

I really wouldn't worry about the PC thing at this age. They are little spazzes and just grab onto anything - shoulders, shirttails, belt loops. My kids love to conga, especially my seven-year-old. :cool1:
