Listen up all you green bean casserole haters....send it my way!!! Maybe it's that my mom makes it in such an amazing way, but there are fights over the leftovers. I soooooooooooo can't wait until Thursday! Sweet potatoes are another one that is sooooo good. I hated them but one year my mom made them with chili powder and I have no idea what else but I'm hooked!

The worst is cranberries. Eww eww eww. Oh, and gravy.

i had never even HEARD of green bean casserole 'til i got to college, my roommate LOVED it...i can go either way.

i looveeeee cranberry sauce, especially the overprocessed kind that still looks like the can you took it out of. i just discovered the other day that it tastes amazingly good when mixed with squash...yummmm.

Mashed turnips! But now that my grandmother and great-aunt are dead, I'll never have to see (or smell!) them on the Thanksgiving table again. And those gross creamed mushrooms are a close second in the Yuck factor.

Stuffing does not have to be soggy. I cook mine outside the bird and like it to dry out.

I hate pumpkin pie and green bean casserole. I can't stand any kind of stuffing/dressing other than my grandmother's cornbread dressing.

Love my sweet potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce.

I've never had a family thanksgiving where those onion things were made, but if they were, they would be tied with that nasty old greenbean caserol. DH loves it however (the greenbean caserol I mean), so my mother will be making it for him, and only him, on Thursday.

I cannot go without sweet potatoes however!!!! With the yummy crunchy mallows on top.... MMMMMM. Pass that dish over here ONE MORE TIME!!!!

i can't say i've ever had green bean casserole or oyster stuffing but they sound gross -

I do like potato salad but there is 1 family member that makes it GROSS!!!! i have had many other peoples potato salad and they are all good, different, but good - hers is the worst!!! first it is runny then it has so much pickle juice in it that it is all you can taste and mustard WOW way too much

Oh, I'm horribly picky and drive everyone crazy I can't stand greenbean casserole, I hate sweet potatoes, my mom makes a turnip puff that everyone freaks out over that I can't stand... mincemeat pie? No... Pumpkin anything? Nope! Cranberry jelly? Nooohohohohoooo....

lol, I have the most boring plate; Turkey, mashed taters, creamed onions, squash. Done. Oh, and a slice of good ol' apple pie for dessert!

Gotta agree on the sweet potatoes/yams. Not even a boatload of marshmallows makes them gag proof to me.

Those and that gawd awful green bean casserole. And don't even THINK of putting turkey guts in my dressing or gravy
