Day Six - The One Where I Cried
Thursday 20 August
We had another 7 oclock breakfast and another 8 oclock entry to the Park. We were all definitely feeling the effects of the hot and tiring day wed had on Wednesday and were much less inclined to rush around today. Buzz was not working so during EMH the other 2 went on SM & Orbitron while I looked in the shops

then we all went on Peter Pan then just sat and did some people watching and atmosphere sucking. One of the pluses about having a longer trip is the way you can slow down and take in your surroundings when you feel like it. I love this little area in the Snow White shop for example.

We all went on the Carousel and bought a couple of things in the Christmas shop before going to queue at Liberty Arcade for rope drop. Dtr ran and went on BTM while we got FPs for use at 10.30. There was just time for Indiana Jones before 10.30 this time we bought the ride photo from BTM as a mug rather than in a photo frame.
We went into Fantasyland to ride Casey but we didnt ride La Pays de Doo-Dah as the queue was too long back to the bridge.

In fact the queues everywhere were long so we decided to leave the park and go and get lunch from Annettes. Back at the Hotel, Dtr and I had a doze but Husband was in the mood for exploring so he went to get petrol and explore a couple of local villages.

All 3 of us then went for another long session at the swimming pool.
We went to the DLH for our meal in Inventions which was lovely

made even more special by the cake and birthday present that was brought out to Dtr by the CM, with everybody singing happy birthday and Perla coming to dance with her.

She was not expecting it at all because it was another 9 days until her birthday so her face was a picture. I was very teary eyed already, when she turned and mouthed Thank you while dancing with Perla and then I was really crying. Afterwards other diners were calling out happy birthday as they passed it was a very nice time.
Husband took the present back to the Hotel while we went shopping on Main Street and then we all went on POTC and bought the ride photo - this time as a magnet.
On our way to IASW, Dtr saw Rabbit, who was high on her list of autographs-still-needed, so she was delighted to get her chance.

We had a most amusing ride on IASW with the people behind us singing heartily to that catchy tune. It was 10 oclock now so we decided to see what the queue was like at Autopia but it was still 60 minutes, so we decided to have one go on Buzz and then leave to go back to the Hotel.

We collected our shopping from the Hotel shop and then went for cocktails in the City Bar before finally heading for bed.
