What is the One thing you Just Must do or your trip wouldn't be complete?

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

For me that one thing would be the Lion King Show at AK..... need to see that at least once or I can't leave.

Tough to narrow it down to one.

For an in-park experience: Mickey's Philharmagic
Out of park experience: eating dinner at 'Ohana

Breakfast at Trail's End Buffet

Turkey leg in the Magic Kingdom (that's DH)

A visit to the Wilderness Lodge. Love it there! :lovestruc

Rock'n'Roller Coaster, my favorite ride

A chocolate covered mickey pretzel

and a Lime Margarita from Mexico's Margarita Stand in Epcot :drinking1

Illuminations

Tower of Terror

Rock N' Roller Coaster

Boardwalk Bakery

It use to be School Bread at Epcot, now its not complete until you ride Soarin

I have to, have to, have to ride It's A Small World at least once every trip, or it doesn't feel complete! We went last fall, and IASW was in rehab... we had to come back this fall, 'cause I had this nagging feeling that our trip wasn't quite perfect without it.

At least that's what I told DH when he said, "Another WDW trip? It hasn't even been a year!" :rolleyes1

A spicy cheese pretzel and one of those blue Icee-type drinks from the Lunching Pad at MK! :teeth:

Flame Tree Barbecue...it's a nice restaurant and we like it, but we like others more. But somehow this evolved into one of those traditional things and now it wouldn't feel like the trip was real without it.

IASW for me, missed it last year because of the refurb. As a family, it is definitely LTT for dinner. It was just the best experience we had at Disney.

me Spaceship Earth
DH Toll House Cookie on Main Street
DD11 Splash Mountain
DD8 Relax in the Hot Tub (go figure!)

Okay, we couldn't narrow it down to one... so sue us.

Herewith, our results (can I have a drumroll, Anton?):

DW:

1. Wishes
2. Illuminations
3. Festival of the Lion King

And, as for mine:

1. The Hall of Presidents (despite the comedown at the end when Dubya speaks)
2. Tonga Toast
3. Riding the monorail into EPCOT the first day we go to that park. It's by far my favorite of the Disney parks, and nothing, nothing in this world beats gliding by the impressive figure of Spaceship Earth early in the morning (which, admittedly, would be a whole lot more impressive if they would go ahead and remove that eyesore of a hand-and-wand thingy, already!! )

And, in the Cool Thing That We Probably Won't Get To Do Ever Again Department:

Our first trip to Animal Kingdom (last time we went to WDW, back in '02), we stayed offsite on I-Drive and drove into the parks on a daily basis. The morning we drove to AK, it was foggy (as in "can barely see 30 feet in front of us" foggy) and, I don't know, it just added to the ultra-cool, kinda-eerie jungle atmosphere driving up to AK in the dense fog early in the morning. I mean, seeing the Tree of Life emerge, literally, out of the mist? Priceless!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes
