We had planned to put a second story on 1st Street and we started working with an architect. We still are, but we decided we should get ideas by looking at open houses. We realized that for the price of the addition, we could potentially put a down payment on an already done home. But Fran has found them all to be too small until yesterday.

I hope we find a place. I want something ready to go, not a year and a half in building. She wants something so huge, it's tough to find. I really liked the place yesterday. I think we'll be stuck where we are forever.
