Only one rule! If you're going to come in here to laugh at everyone elses: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: You have to post one of your own! We're all friends here...

Just goes to show even those notorious for taking great or cute pictures can end up with one as horrific as this!:

May I introduce you to Bob, my other chin! That'll teach me to sprint too hard at the end of a race... Maybe I was running so fast it created that "windtunnel" effect... Oh, and I grabbed DW's Goofy shirt instead of mine by mistake, can you tell? ;)

Matt...your running form looks awesome btw! And...if I can dig up a bad one of me :rolleyes1 ...LOL...yeah there are like a dozen...I'll post it here.

Thanks for sharing. You're way cool! :thumbsup2

Here I am locked in combat with one of those nasty 10 year olds at the finishline.

This one I like much better:

I think everyone knows which picture this will be ;)

I won't stratify an outright winner yet, but I'll go ahead and pass you the "worst fashion statement" award under the table... :worship:

I don't have anything to post. I am sure in the years to come there will be plenty though. A couple of questions though:

Matt--How fast were you sprinting. It looks like your pulling at least 4Gs in that photo.

Duelling Panda--So did she catch you or did you hip check her down before the finish? On the bright side, you are beating the elite runners. It doesn't look like #4 is going to catch you.

Mel--I prefece this by saying I am no slave to fashion, but I am hoping at least some of that was throw away clothes. Really throw away, as in trash. I'm not sure that the destitute would even be stylin' that look (at least all the parts together) ;)?

It's a tie...

Maybe just because I know how I felt when tehy took the first pic.

I must say that there are many bad pictures out there. Matt, keep up with the deep breathing so you don't pass out with the G-Force. Panda, I hope you put it in her face when you destroyed her! Mel -- Why?

Here is my entry. Besides the shorts riding up the croch, it's not too bad. Here is the issue. I am following a girl who is so relaxed that she has time to put her hands on her hips. Meanwhile, I am ready to die.

I think mine came from the marathon this year. That is the only problem with tech materials - wet belly cling!:scared:

OK...so I have lots of running pictures where I'm making odd expressions, or looking like i'm literally going to drop dead. But this one is bad for a different reason! It looks like I'm racing in the girly-girl championship of the year. So my daughter asked, upon seeing this picture, "mom...you didn't run the whole marathon like that did you?" :rotfl: No darling...just in front of the photographer. The real reason for this beautiful "running form" is that I was getting ready to wave...or just finished waving...anyway...that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.

My..."I believe I can fly" picture...

Matt, if that is the worst you can do, you aren't really trying! You (and Bob) are looking in fine form!

Okay, so it took me a while to decide which hideous pictures would get the honors, and finally decided on this one, from the inaugural Disneyland half:

What makes this one such a winner? Let's start with my head position. Looking straight down. Apparently admiring my "girls" which are being enhanced by the fact that my fanny pack has slid all the way up my torso, creating a particularly lovely effect. Or perhaps I am just looking to make sure my feet are still there?

Then there is the stellar time, as proudly displayed by the clock I am not looking at.

But I think the thing that puts it over the top is the very energetic and enthused runner behind me in red. A nice juxtaposition of emotions, huh?

If I can find it, I will have to post my DH's favorite -- it is from the NYC marathon several years ago. Its an okay shot of him -- or would be if he weren't being obscured in part by an Achilles team runner with leg braces and .crutches.

OH MY GOSH!!!!! That happens to you too?!?!?!?!?!? I have so many of those it's not even funny! Or, more often, I've pushed it down below my big belly so I can breathe. And what really gets me is that in my photos this year, my camera case had worked its way around to the front so it looks like I'm wearing a codpiece (which, in case you don't know, is NOT something women wear [for obvious reasons]). :lmao:

OK, here's an example of a below-the-belly winner:

I am totally busting up over this thread and really wanted to post something without a picture. But alas, that wouldn't be fair now would it. So here is mine...

This was taken in May 2007 at the Green Bay, WI 1/2 marathon. This is the last mile of the race and I am in Lambeau Field (GO PACKERS!). I look like I am tripping forward and I have the look of pain on my face.
