Yes....I have the conf. #s very handy.....thanks!
Personally their entire website ticks me off right now. The reservation part is pretty simple but trying to view anything about say, a resort, is impossible. Their site is downright terrible right now.
I think even the reservation part is horrible! It can't handle basic operations found on every other reservation site known to man -- like booking multiple rooms at one time. I want two rooms for two nights at Coronado for a party of 7 - sounds like a pretty standard request, right? Nope! Not on Disney's site!
I get an error saying my party size exceeds the max occupancy of their standard rooms (duh! I already knew that!) The only options they offer are to decrease my party size or select a large suite. I don't WANT a suite, and I can't decrease my party size -- I just want TWO standard rooms that sleep 4! I also don't want to call and talk to some poorly trained rep, and I don't want to make two seperate reservations. I HATE their web site.
I'm a professional web developer, and have emailed them several times over the years about basic improvements that they would greatly increase the user-friendliness of the site, but they apparently just ignore it.
Also, several cast members told me that you are GARAUNTEED connecting rooms when the number of children exceeds the number of adults. Hope that helps.
These have been corrected. The DIS should now agree with the rest.
Do these agree now?
Has anyone who has written gotten a response (other than the generic "thanks for your input" one)? It'd be nice if the "park hours" on their site had, you know....accurate park hours.
Update...still waiting to be responded to..I sent my email at 1:54 and got an email back at 1:56. Very polite, but basically telling me that a member of the Executive Correspondence team looks forward to responding to me in the near future.![]()
I sent my complaint back on 1/13. I received a response on 1/16 asking when my trip was planned and what park I was going to visit so that he would know where on the site to direct me to find the parade and firework information. I responded back telling him I was going to ALL the parks and wanted this info for ALL the parks. I just received a response today (11 days later) with a listing of each of my dates and the times for Wishes, Illuminations, Fantasmic, Spectromagic and each of the parades for each of the days of my trip. That's it - no link or directions to where I could find this on the website by myself. I responded back with a sincere thanks for the information. Then I asked very simply - why did I have to send an e-mail to get this information and why wasn't it readily available on a user friendly website?????
And to further confuse the issue, I just spoke with Central Reservations (CRO) just now (10:10am ET) and the lady on the phone told me that the MK hours for Sunday 02/15 are 9am - 12 midnight, with Extra Magic Hours from Midnight to 3am. The Disney site Park Hours webpage is unchanged from my previous posting, saying EMH are 10 - 1am.
I wonder what ToonTown is like at 3am? Think that there will still be a long line to meet-and-greet the Fairies?![]()
I got fed up and made my own page:
http://parktimes.net/
I'm still trying to find an official Disney source for Parades and Shows. When I find it I'll keep this page updated with them too.
