The Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Is Finished!

The year’s Grand Floridian gingerbread house is truly a sight to behold.

If you look closely, you will notice that the house’s address reads “1999.” That refers to the first year the gingerbread house was constructed.

The backside of the gingerbread house also features a large sign that reads” established 1999.

Displays Announced for Walt Disney World​

A limited-edition collection of 25th-anniversary merchandise includes a pin, ornament, cookie jar, magnet, tumbler, t-shirt, and more.

So a question has popped up regarding BPK Coffee pots. There were always single serve Keurig pots. Now, I’m seeing they’re giving Cuisinart pots. Would love to see if anyone has stayed BPK recently, and if so, was there a Keurig or Cuisinart? Thanks!

The Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Now Open for 25th Anniversary at Disney World​

The Grand Floridian gingerbread house is now open for its 25th year at Walt Disney World. Located in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the gingerbread house is an annual tradition where the bakery team creates a giant confection that doubles as a market selling festive baked goods.



The house has been complete for a few days, but it’s now open and operating as a shop in the lobby.




The basic house stays the same from year to year with new decorations. This year, the porch and other areas are decorated with character-themed trees, including one designed to look like Figment wearing his holiday sweater.


A 25th anniversary cake is in the attic and the windows are topped with character murals.

Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Merchandise Celebrates 25 Years at Walt Disney World​

We found all of the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House items for sale in Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries.

Metal Sign – $29.99​

This metal sign features Mickey and Minnie gingerbread cookies dressed in holiday attire, standing in front of a gingerbread house stylized as the Grand Floridian. The resort’s logo is represented in brown in the top right, with “25 Years of Gingerbread Magic” at the bottom. Various pieces of candy are scattered throughout the design.

Grand Floridian Present Pin – $19.99​

This pin features a present wrapped in blue and white patterned wrapping paper, with a glittery gold bow. Mistletoe with “2024” sits on top, with a Grand Floridian tag and a “charm” of the resort’s gingerbread house.

Sliding the top of the pin reveals three penguin butlers from “Mary Poppins.”
