They better bring the gingerbread house back.

It would be great if anyone with a Nov/Dec/Jan trip could share feedback with management that the lobby looks wonderful and that they hope to see the gingerbread house return in 2026.

I just get paranoid when Disney does things "temporarily" that end up becoming permanent like the Dream Lights

They better bring the gingerbread house back.

Of all of the changes Disney has made over the years - the Epcot debacle, draining ROA, reducing EMH evenings from 3 to 2 hours, never bringing back the GF orchestra, etc., I honestly don’t care if the gingerbread house comes back or not & we usually visit during the holidays.
Maybe not having it there will reduce the casual visitor crowds queuing in the lobby during the holidays.

I imagine it's a lot of lost revenue for GF so this makes a lot of sense. GF always had the most treats and longest lines!

The cancellation was a very abrupt announcement.

WL wasn't an annual tradition so Disney claiming there would be one in the first place actually surprised me.

No, WL had one gingerbread display in 2019 and only put a table with treats out years after that. It wasn't an annual thing.

GF was the first back in 1999. BC and BW followed shortly after GF. CR started in 2011. AK started in 2020. These have all been annual.

YC did a random lighthouse in 2023 in addition to the trains, but that didn't return.
