Not surprising to see a new purchase with wide open availability for less than a sold out resort. BLT is still popular and sold out. Makes for an easier time charging more. They want to direct sales to AKV, Aulani and now VGF. Though, if I could BLT for $140 or less, I'd probably be on the phone right now.
