Does anyone else think that there is more to Steve then meets the eye? Since they never said who his maker was I really think he may have a strong connection to Russel. I also think he may have been the one to let him out. I know they claim only four people know but after seeing Pam’s back story with Eric I don’t think it is her or any of the other 3.

It would have to be someone he summoned I think, someone he created. Funny how No one is talking about where the heck Jesus is! Hope he comes back. One charachter I feel was killed too soon was Franklin. I loved him!

I had hoped that Tara would become one totally P.O.'d, savage vampire; finding her "legs" as it were as a vamp instead of a human.

This season has seemed to really take a 180 from seasons past, so I'm willing to let it build. Turning Jason away from being a hound-dawg may be a good thing, but please, not with his teacher.

I have liked the Pam/Eric story -- shows she was just as independent back then is she is now and saw her aging years would not be good for her. She took the matter into her own hands. And I think there is always a sexual relationship between a maker and his protoge at least in the beginning.

And I did enjoy Bill's coment to Eric about sloppy seconds.

The main story line I would prefer would be about relationships, romance, sexual tensions going on between the characters and also the supernatural stuff that was in the first couple seasons, really cool stuff. I'm not at all interested in what's going on with Bill and Eric at all so far. I would love to see more relationships but come on Jason and his teacher, eeeh. Bring on Alcide more also, love him! Grooooowwl, lol. Bring on more of Sookie. As far as Tara, what was cool about her was she was the strong friend with street smarts and an honor about her, and they destroyed that making her weak, now the vamp thing, I don't know.

I guess I'm in the minority because I am enjoying this season. I kind of like everything EXCEPT the fairies....enough already with that already. I thought the addition of "Tracey's Togs" was kinda cute.

Just saw that Anna Paquin is having twins -- wonder how long it'll get her back into "Sookie-shape" after their arrival.

Back to the show -- I am hoping that Pam will step up to the plate as Tara's maker and take her in, it could prove interesting!

Anyone else think that Salome is going to turn out to be a Sanguiniste? (however you spell it? lol)

The guy in the dress shop was definitely Claude...there was a post about it on FB on Sunday afternoon before the episode aired. Not exactly what I had in mind for Claude but whatever...

I like Chris Meloni's character but he does talk...A LOT. Like, way more than is necessary.

Honestly, I can't wait for Russell to come back and start wreaking havoc again. I swear he's one of my favorite characters!

Tara....I really like Rutina Wesley but I would have much preferred if they just kind of gave her the Bubba treatment (for those that read the books), and she was like a silent assassin type. Able to take orders, but with no real memory of her human life, and just a ruthless killer when ordered to do so.

I actually LOVE the flashback scenes with Eric and Pam. The history with her and Eric is different in the books but they have always been exceptionally close. I feel like the show is not trying to say that Pam is "in love" with Eric, but there is always an attachment to your maker, AND I think it's more sadness that he hasn't been spending as much time with her lately both because of Sookie, and now because of the whole mess with the authority.

Did anyone else jump when Sookie told Alcide that she killed Debbie and he punched the side of the truck? That was phenomenal acting on his part...he really scared the bejesus outta me!

I'm still waiting for Quinn to show up....Not that we need another character but it would be cool to pair him up with Alcide and Sam...could make for some fun "hunting in Sookie's woods" scenes!

I think she already is. Given her history in the bible it would not be out of character if she was shady.

I got an HBO promo deal for 3 months which means it ends before the Season Finale, which is usually after Labor Day. I was going to pay full price for an extra month, but if the show continues to be this slow & boring, I may just cancel HBO when the promo deal when it ends.

With my cable company (Time Warner), you can cancel whenever you want during the month and its prorated.

Ok every week i watch hoping this is going to get better and every week i am more dissapointed I think the storylines are not only ridiculous but boring. I makes me sad..lol..sorry just needed to vent.

I thought tonight's episode was pretty boring. The best part was seeing Alcide without his shirt on in the previews for next week.
