Robin that's a great story! I remember your posts about her in the past and I have to say it's a fitting 'punishment' (as much of a punishment as having a child can be). I think I said I have a friend who could be her twin and I have to say that is just furthered now with this nonsense. My friend has a 10 month old son (and is now the world's parenting expert) and was telling me she wants to have a baby in August so it will be born on her birthday like she was born on her mom's (cause clearly that's something you can plan). Well, she literally cannot handle her 1 child now-she's always leaving DC to go stay at her mom's house in NJ cause she needs help with her son. Well if you can't handle 1 kid, how are you gonna do 2 kids who will be 20 months apart? That's if we even entertain this notion of having the baby born on August 26th. Then she says the reason she needs this baby in August is that she needs a daughter-I already have one so I wouldn't understand. So I said "What if it's another boy?" The look on her face was priceless and her response was "OMG I hadn't thought of that! What if I have 3 more kids and they're all boys!?!" Insanity, absolute insanity.
All those photos of costumed (and uncostumed) babies are so adorable! I love Halloween just because you get to see cute little babies dressed up (of course they all probably hate the costume they're stuck in). I finally uploaded our photos of Madison in her costume so I'll post some. Oh, and she loved that photo you posted Robin-she's got a thing for Buzz Lightyear and she saw your son and totally freaked out! There was a Buzz at the Halloween party we went to and she followed him around all night saying 'Buzzy'.
Tykes, that is great that Tyler's rash is improving. That would be great if it's the formula-well, I mean at least then you'd know what was causing it.
Joats, it's great the Jace is over his croupe, but it's too bad he's getting a cold now too. Madison has literally gotten a cold every week since she started preschool 2 months ago so I can sympathize with you there. Consequently I have gotten a cold every week too, and I can assure you that is not fun at all. I feel so bad for Madison when she's sick, but then when I'm sick too it's worse cause I feel like I don't have the energy I need to really care for her. You'd think after working with elementary school kids for 4 years and then teaching preschool for 2 years I'd have caught every childhood illness that exists, but nope, I still get sick everytime Madison does!
