GLT- that is very cute that Laine tried to help you clean up the pretzel mess. :sunny: I think the balance beam and mat sound like a terrific gift! What would I like for Christmas- here's a stretch- a Coldwater Creek Spa gift card! :rotfl: And some new Lands End tops.

Tamie- In no circumstance, I mean NO circumstance, can I see where you might be mistaken for a grandmother. What the heck was that about!?!!? She did either need glasses, or she had taken one too many vicoden or something!

Hillbeans- looks like you had a great time at the concert! And you look terrific!

joats- that new picture of Jace is just darling- he is a very cute little boy! Sounds like you have been having some shopping fun! I just got some Lands End gift cards in the mail- I'm waiting for one more (got with my AMEX reward points) and then I will place a nice order. Their sandals for kids are 45% off right now; I hope they still have their sizes when I order. Good for WDW! :thumbsup2

I just looked at my Visa statement. Since we have hardly charged on it for months and months, we have.................ONE reward dollar! :rotfl: I know we will be charging our plane tickets and the keys to the kingdom tour, so I will probably have $14 or 15 by the time we go. Enough for my refillable mug and an ice cream bar. :teeth:  Or what else....everybody a candy at the candy shop? 5 ice cream bars? 3 popcorns and 3 cokes? No, I know! a Lapu Lapu drink with tip at the Poly! Yes! :thumbsup2

Jill- mega- bummer that you had to cancel that geology class- it sounded interesting and certainly an easy way to get a credit. :guilty: I hope your ankle feels better soon.

lissawynn- Your BIL sounds like a peach. :furious: What an ****. My SIL could join right in with all of these other in laws. She is SO an episode of Jerry S. it's not even funny. :sad2: The divorce should be final next month, so soon she will no longer be any sort of relation to me, thank god.

Kim- Go, Go, Go! :cheer2: That was me motivating you to exercise. I know you probably have your own routine, but I can't recommend the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds DVDs enough. She certainly keeps me motivated by having routines that are not complicated, yet make me sweat and get the heart rate up.

Fab- 'carson being a sleep tease-' :rotfl2: you have a very dry with that I can appreciate. And just how were you too intimate with your ice cream scooper, hmmmm??? :p

Diz- that's cute that Hayley is so concerned with finances. She sounds like a sweetie! 3 boxes came today from my Hasbro online ordering 2 weeks ago...I quickly need to get them into the basement before the boy's heads pop off in anticipation.

And fracking Toys R Us said those light sabers i ordered 2 days ago have been cancelled- Grrr...DH was like, "They do NOT need another light saber! Pick something else!" He's right. I did decide what to get my nephews and niece- I think I'm going to order them a few movies and then some popcorn and treats to go with. That would be fun, right? Overstock has really good prices for Little Mermaid and Cars (pre-release) and I found a Disney holiday movie for a 3rd one (can't only send 2 gifts to triplets!). I just have no clue what toys they have, and I always just send uninspired, yet appreciated, Target gift cards.

OK girls, well I hope everyone has a good night's sleep and that the babies sleep really well.

Can I share my itinerary so far with you ladies? I finally have some of it pieced together (finally- LOL- we've had the trip planned for what, 2 weeks? I just usually know exactly what I want to do and when).

The plan is to pack in time at the parks on Th/F/Saturday while we are at Shades, and then have more leisure time during our time at the Poly.

Here goes:

Wednesday - as the SWA schedule goes now (they don't have our dates released yet) we will leave here at 0645 and get to Orlando around 4:00pm. We want to rent a minivan this time. Get to Shades, check in, buy passes, unpack a bit and then head over to the Benihana in the DTD Hilton for dinner. DH said something about shopping and I said, "I don't want to deal with the kids wanting to spend their money before we've even gone into a park! We'll be too tired- I veto that." And he agreed.

Thursday- I looked over the Unofficial Guide's website for crowds patterns on what park is good for what day, and came up with EPCOT for our first morning. Hit Soarin, the new Living Seas, TT and Sam really wants to try Mission Space. It didn't bother me, but it did DH, so I will probably go with him. Eat lunch somewhere- maybe the Land. Hit some of the WS pavilions; leave when tired. (Kids REALLY want to finish their Kidcot masks this time though- we only did half last trip).

Nap. Mom, Dad, boys and I go to MGM for dinner, a ride or two and Fantasmic. DH offered to stay behind with Molly in the room. :thumbsup2

Friday- Animal Kingdom! Til probably 1 or 2. Break for nap/swim. Whispering Canyon ADR for 5:20 at the Wilderness lodge. Head to MK afterwards to see SpectroMagic and try and get on a ride or two beforehand and maybe 1-2 afterwards.

Saturday- now the Unofficial Guide says Disney Studios is a good one, but they are the park that opens at 8 that day and DH has been ADAMENT that we not try and be anywhere that early. So I think it would be kinda crowded by the time we got there at 9ish. I'll see how crowded it seems; if not we will perhaps try to go a water park.

Nighttime- Dh and I have 7:45 ADRs at Narcoossee's. :lovestruc If we are not too tired, maybe we will go to MK afterwards to try and go on Splash or Big Thunder. It's open until 12 that night!

Sunday- check out of SOG, check into Poly! Here's another day where I am not sure- maybe Disney Studios, maybe MK or maybe a water park, depending what we did the day before. I think we will just kind of take it easy, whatever we do. A few rides, lunch and leave. Nap and SWIMMING in the cool pool! Go to Epcot for dinner and the rest of the WS for the Kidcot masks. Meet up with my gal pals for a drink around 8:30/9. :woohoo:

Monday- Dad, Mom and DH are going on the Keys to the Kingdom tour. I will stay behind with the kidlets. IF I am brave, I may take them to Fantasyland for some kiddie rides; otherwise we are kicking it in the hotel til it's time for lunch at Rain Forest with FF and Z. Return to hotel for M's nap; I may take the boys to do something (if we hadn't gone to MK in the AM, we will now).

7:15 ADR for Hoop Dee Doo!

Tuesday- MK in the morning and early afternoon. ?????? for evening. Probably either Epcot or MGM.

Wednesday-Boys go on Pirate Cruise at GF. I'm thinking this would be a nice morning for the adults and Molly to have a leisurely breakfast at Kona (the boys are not fans of breakfast food).

AK is open late this day, so we will head over around 3:30 to catch the Jammin Jungle Parade (never seen it) and do what we want to do in AK.

Thursday- ????????? in the morning. I'm guessing MGM. My least favorite park, but the boys LOVE Star Tours, I love TOT, and there are a few other things we could stand to do more than once.

Thursday night- DH and I have ADRs at California Grill. Tell me CG vets, what is your favorite meal there? Help me choose something great!

Friday- Probably head to MK for one last morning of fun. Usually the flights to Portland leave at 5ish EST and return to Portland about 9:30 PST.

It will be fun for me just kind of going where we feel like going. My only constraints are I really don't like going to the early entry parks- I am already so tired the first 2-4 days and to get up that extra hour is a killer. And then I have noticed the park gets crowded so quickly! (esp MGM).

Thanks for reading my babble! It's fun to write it out. I know counter service locations I HAVE to go to are Pecos Bills, Tusker house and Flame Tree. And I HAVE to get a funnel cake! :teeth: I'm going to branch out this time and get it in Liberty Square instead of the kiosk in Epcot. I live on the edge! :rotfl2:

Just a quick note to say - Hillbeans I am so jealous of how close you got at the concert! You look great and like you had a fab time! I just sent the link to the pictures to my friend, and she emailed me back asking was he as gorgeous in real life!! ha ha we are so sad!! :lmao:

Good morning all!

Robin--I just had a couple comments on your itinerary:

Don't miss "Turtle Talk with Crush" (or is that what you meant by TT?). My kids LOVED this, and Robert and DH got to actually talk to Crush. It was a hoot!

I didn't know they sold funnel cakes in Liberty Square! Okay, now I HAVE to go back!

Consider giving any "iffy" members of your family half a Bonine (motion sickness pill) the morning of Mission Space. Jocleyn gets motion sick, but wanted to try everything, so we did this every morning for her. She was fine on the orange side of M:S, while DH, who's a pilot in his spare time, got queasy. Or just stick to green, but if you have an adventurous kid in the pack, the Bonine worked like a charm.

Other than that, enjoy--sounds like fun! I wonder if it's too soon to be planning for 2008...

BTW, there's no such thing as too many light sabers. DH has his own, as does Celeste, and even Luke has been seen gumming one! I'll have to check out the new ones this year, I know Robert will want a few.

Jill--That's too bad you had to cancel your class. It sounds a lot more fun than just sitting listening to a lecture. Oh well, it should be nice in the spring.

Loretta--So sorry about your MIL and the whole situation. She sounds unbalanced. I had to wait 21 years(!!!) for DH to take enough crap from his mother before he finally snapped. But the good news is, we don't have to go there for Thanksgiving any more! He literally said, "Wake up the baby, we're leaving right now!" We still have contact, but we don't go there anymore.

disneydancer--Hi and welcome to the thread. I hope you and the peanut are feeling better soon. Post pictures if you can--we all love pictures!

fabumouse--Does Kailey to "real" horses or more the peripheral stuff? Two of our nieces ride, and boy, that stuff can get expensive! They do all the other horse stuff, too, like magazines and figures and so forth. Ka-ching!

glt--I think the balance beam and mat sound like a good idea. They would get plenty of use, and would be great indoors for the winter when the kids have energy to burn.

justthat--I hope Madison improves soon. Ah, toddlers, you have to laugh or cry! I think I had mentioned the time robert "painted" with poop all over his room when he was supposed to be napping--I can laugh about it now, but at the time, I couldn't be in the same room with him because I was afraid I'd kill him!

Oops, party time's over for me!

Well, after a throwing a fit around 11pm, Matthew has slept through the night. Guessing he's feeling better! :cool1: It's about time. Normally, we would go to the library today, but I'm going to keep him away from kids for one more day. But DH got a $50 gift card to Walmart from work, so we're headed there to get some diapers, dog food, etc.--I know "How exciting" free money and we're spending it on diapers! DH did tell me that if the company keeps up their production numbers and no one gets hurt before the end of the year, they will each get a $100 gift card--How great would that be after xmas! Crossing my fingers!

Alice--Your itnerary sounds great! Hearing yours makes me think I should maybe start looking at our trip--at least plan our ADRs--since god and everybody will be there that week with us. Luckily, I only have 5 days to plan, and we won't go to parks every day.

hillbeans--Cool on the concert!!

glt--the gymnastics stuff sounds great! That would be a great gift for Emma--however, I want towait at least another year to make sure she really likes gymnastics. Good luck getting the articles done!

Well, I better go! Have agreat morning all! :sunny:

Well, ladies, I lost it this morning.

Friday, we went to the mall and I bought food at the chinese restaurant there. They were having a problem with their credit card machine and had to run my card 3 times. I asked if the transaction was going to go through 3 times and the guy didn't understand what I was saying. So, I get up to check my statement online and it DID go through 3 times. UGH!

So, I call Chase and get the same nasty woman DH had to deal with last month when he had a dispute. SHE IS NASTY! So I was in a mood to begin with and she was so rude and told me I had to go the the "libary" and print out a copy of my statement (we don't have any branches around here) and take it to the restaurant before Chase would help me. I asked her if she meant the library and told her she was nasty and hung up.

Then, Kona got up and I went to change her and she went to the bathroom all over the floor.

:sad2:

Morning!

Lucas is getting a cold now. One of my nephews is sick and my sister let him drink out of Lucas' sippy cup. Grrrr! :furious: I don't think I mentioned that my sister and BIL are planning a WDW trip for December with the twins. They're talking about bringing someone with them to help them with the kids. DH and I are having a good laugh about this whole thing. Just this weekend, they dropped the twins off with my parents because they were too wild to take to the pumpkin patch. If they can't manage that, how are they doing to do a week at Disney?

DisKim - Did you manage to track down your student?

tkyes - There is no way you look like anyone's grandma! That woman is nuts. As for the Great Movie Ride, Lucas was actually asleep when we went on the ride and the shoot out woke him up (we had the gangster). He didn't cry or anything but it was definitely too loud. DH distracted him during the alien scene so he was fine during that and we were in the way back of the second car so the Wicked Witch wasn't a problem for him. He didn't like the Muppets or Philharmagic only because he didn't want to sit for it. Philharmagic especially was really loud.

lissawynn - Your BIL was pretty defensive. Seems uncalled for to me. Hope you're feeling better.

llij - Sorry your injury caused you to have to drop a class. I'm sure it would have been nice getting it over with. Congrats on getting placed at a nearby school!

fabumouse - Is Kailey feeling better today? I want to go home and watch videos all day!

disneydancer - Hope your household feels better soon.

joats - I love the new picture of Jace. I need to do some shopping for Lucas for fall/winter. I think I'm just going to hit Old Navy on my day off. I swear he grew while we were on vacation and now none of his pants fit him, including the 2 pair I just bought at Children's Place just last month.

hillbeans - Glad you had fun at the concert. I love your pictures and you look great!

glt - There's a Coach bag I've been eyeing for Christmas. It's in the $100-$125 range and DH already asked if that's what I want. I'm going to check the Coach outlet first to see if I can get it cheaper.

Alice28 - Your itinerary sounds great. We had a vague plan based on our ADRs and ended up spending only a half day each at MGM and Animal Kingdom. I don't know why, but I just can't get into AK. There have been trips where we've skipped it altogether. We went to MGM solely for Tower of Terror.

BnB - It's never too soon to start planning. ;)

nucpharm - Glad Matthew is feeling somewhat better.

floridafam - Customer service is just terrible these days. I'd be ripped, too.

Hope everyone has a great day. I'm in an office alone (the 2 people I shared with were the recent quitters) and it's too quiet. I brought in my radio but I get no reception. I'll have to bring in my ipod tomorrow.

/
sl - go to live 365 and listen to some disney music :) sorry lucas is getting sick. I'm thinking I'm going to try Muppets with Tyler. I don't know why, that one doesn't seem as loud to me. Tyler slept through Philharmagic last year, but I think if he's awake that one would be too loud. We'll see how he is I guess!

lissawynn - I'm sorry about your BIL. How awful! I would have been the same way.

alice - Your plans sound great. You have to do the AK parade, it's my favorite!!

hillbeans - You look great! Glad you had a good time!

ff - I'm sorry about your day! That lady sounds lovely ;)

nucpharm - I'm happy to hear that Matthew is feeling a bit better.

glt - That gymnastics stuff sounds like a great gift.

uh oh, I think Tyler is getting into something..

tamie

GOOD MORNING!!!! :)

Hillbeans - Robin is right....you look great! Looks like you had a great time and thank you for my hug!

Robin - Great itinerary! I especially love the Sunday night and Monday plans too.

FF - I cannot believe that about the customer service. Do they think that you bought three meals for the same price on the same day? I could see if you habitually called in disputes but when a customer calls in and it is obvious the charge is incorrect, why do they have to play like they have all the power? I just don't get it.

SL - sorry about Lucas's cold.

tkyes - I can't believe anyone, even on older woman, would think you are a grandmother to your child! And that she would even say it if she did think it. I have seen some older women with small children but it was clear they were the mom and I didn't think twice because so many people have babies when they are older these days (ahem, me!) but I would never ever say a word to someone, not even someone I knew!

nucpharm - YAY for Matthew sleeping through the night!!! I am so happy those days are behind me because I recall all too well how awful it was. Hope it continues!

BNB - I didnt know about the funnel cakes in Liberty Sqaure either until about one year ago!!! Now we always make a pitstop there because they have fresh baked cookies also which is DH's favorite.

disneydancer - hope you are feeling better today. :grouphug:

joats - I love the new pic in your siggie! I can't get over how wonderful Jace's eye looks! He is looking more like a big boy these days.

Jill - congrats on your placement! I am sure you are going to love that and the kids will love you, of course!

Lissa - your BIL sounds like a winner too. Maybe my MIL and your BIL can start their own new dysfunctional family. I would have felt the same way as you. A baby of any age should never be in a bathroom with anyone with a door shut. Anything could happen!

Hi Gems, Dizagain, justthat, fabu, GLT, Diskim, J&D, bellacam, Disneyphd, and anyone I may have missed! Thank you all for the support about my insane MIL.

Dh called FIL yesterday to tell him about Cam having the croup and FIl said he will still watch the kids for me tomorrow (ortho appt) and he will watch them Saturday night also because we have tickets to Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens. The only difference is FIL will come down to our house and watch the kids here and that suits me best! Now I don't have to worry about MIL yelling at my son and calling him names. FIL would never treat either of my kids like that. I do feel bad because I feel like him having to come to our house puts him out a little bit but at the samr time this is the best for the kids. I have no intention os being at their home again, for anything! ANd MIL is one of those people who carries grudges to her grave so I am sure we will not be welcome anymore anyway. :rotfl:

That's all for now. I think I am shutting down the computer for the rest of the day. If I leave it on it is too tempting foe me to get on and off all day and cruise the net and I need to clean and spend more time with my kids. I go through this all the time. The guilt never ends. Have a great day everybody! :wave2:

Hi ladies. I'm sneaking in a quick post before another group of students arrives.

As far as how I'm feeling...I wake up everyday with a sore throat and stuffy head/chest. I'm ok during the day, but everything seems to settle at night. I have another drs. appointment in a few weeks, and if I'm not feeling better, I'll have him take a look at my throat. I did read that bronchitis can hang on for up to 3 weeks.

My crazy neighbor is insisiting that our contractor finish her kitchen before he starts to work on our addition. Yeah, nice of her to put a pregnant woman and her toddler out of their home so her kitchen can be nice for the holidays. Whatever. Karma is a b**ch.

I bought Jimmy the Elmo toolbench, toolbelt, and goggles/drill for Christmas. I also got him the Little People school bus. He's getting some clothes and maybe a chair for our new family room, but I'm thinking I'll get that for his birthday. He's so spoiled and he'll be getting tons of stuff from my family. Remember, DH's family got him like one gift last year. If he was a girl, my MIL would have bought him everything she could get her hands on.

I hope I can respond to you all later.

Alice - I'm so jealous of your trip. Have some nachos at WCC. They were awesome!

Well, crappy-dappy-doo- I woke up with a bad case of pink eye. :guilty: My glands have been swolled the last two days, and I started feeling sick last night and now this. Ugh.

FF- I cracked up when you said, "Do you mean *library*?" :rotfl: I would be telling Chase- 'Guess what- I can transfer my balance to a more customer service oriented company and leave you guys high and dry if this is how you treat people!' I hope you get it all straightened out- I mean who has 3 charges in a row of the exact same price and time of Chinese food?

And sorry Kona pottied all over the floor.... :sad2:

BNB- I meant Test Track for TT, but Turtle Talk is also on the list when we go in Living Seas. And the new ride. The boys did do Turtle Talk at DL in June, and Sam was chosen to ask him a question. It was really neat! Good tip on the motion sickness pill- although I handled it fine, I am tempted to take Sam in the non-motion side of the ride cause I don't know how he will react to the other side and I don't want a sick child all afternoon.

Yes, I discovered they sell funnel cakes in the same little shop that has the caramel corn in Liberty Square. I was out there waiting for my mom last trip, while she bought some Christmas stuff, and I was trying to survey all the snack credits (it was right after they changed what qualified as a snack credit) and I was like, "Hey! The funnel cakes are here! And they are a 'snack'!" Cause I paid OOP over at Epcot for one!

lissawynn- sorry that that cough is still hanging on....that's awful.

Well, I am just feeling puny- I'm going to sign off for awhile and put a hot compress on my eye.

Hi mommies! Add us to the sick list. Both Aidan and I woke up with clogged noses and bad chest congestion. Just what I needed! I feel bad because I know we are going to pass it on to my friends little girl I am still babysitting.

I hope all the other sick mommies and babes feel better! Hi to everyone!!!

OMG, Tamie. I just read your post. Why on Earth would anyone think you are anyone's Grandma?

You look fantastic!!!! Some people just don't have a clue. :confused3

Morning! Hopefully Wonder Boy will sleep for a few more minutes. I need to get some Ebay stuff packed up to ship, but I'd rather hang out here. Last night our power went out for the fourth time in a month - this time it was almost two hours I'm guessing. I woke up with Carson at 4:15 to pitch blackness and had to scurry to light some candles. Idiot that I am, I didn't know our gas stove wouldn't work without electricity... :confused3 and I tried to heat a bottle. Oh well. I told DH we need to pick up a few cords of firewood this weekend to have in case this pattern with the electric company continues.

DH is out of town for the evening and wouldn't you know it our schedule is CRAZY and I could use his help. Hayley needs to be picked up from play practice at 4:45, Hannah to volleyball at 5:45, and Hayley is performing at a choir concert and has to be there at 6:30. So I guess I'll be standing at the back of the concert with Carson just in case we need to make a quick exit.

robin - Ouch! Sorry about the pinkeye..that hurts! Hope you feel better! Woo hoo for the funnel cake in Liberty Square! They used to sell it at a little stand in MGM and I had promised DD's we'd get some the entire trip. Last night we get there as it's closing and they wouldn't sell us any...very traumatic. I'll have to remember next time we go to get some at MK!!!

lissawynn - I'm worried about you!!! I hope you can finally get well soon!! Sorry about your witchy neighbor.

zalansky - glad to hear your FIL is so sweet to come to you to take care of the kids. Sounds like he knows EXACTLY what goes on at his house...

Well, of course I'm being summoned...I'll finish up in a bit! See ya!

Robin--Caramel corn??? See, here's the problem--the last several times we've gone to WDW, it's been with my MIL. She likes to go all-out and we've always been on the "3 meals a day" plan. Although we usually do counter service at least once a day, the plan includes a LOT of food, more than we would generally eat, and especially when you throw inthat you get one for a kid who will maybe take 3 bites, etc. So, I really don't look at the snack places--I'm already eating more than I should. I will confess to walking S-L-O-W-L-Y past the Main Street Bakery, and stopping in at the Confectionary, and who could miss the funnel cake smell at the America pavilion at Epcot--but beyond that, I'm clueless. The good news is, when we go in 2008, we'll likely NOT be going with MIL. Unfortunately, this probably also means she won't be paying, so you can't have everything. But it's just a completely different "style' of vacation. I've also never had a Mickey bar!

Anyway, I'm counting on you to make up for my obvious shortcomings on yor next visit.

Hey everyone -

Wow you guys are all having a hard time this week! I hope you all feel better soooooon!

I am praying that I don't get the cold that DH had recently as he has a cough that is still hanging on with him and it must be about 2 weeks since the man flu was about, I fear coughing at the moment as I feel like I am going to give birth!

FF - I hate places with bad customer service, when I was in that industry I never would have gotten away with treating people badly. It cracks me up too when they say that calls are monitored for training purposes! WTH they obviously never listen to them! :furious:

Lissawynn - Sorry about your neighbour - what a cow!

Zalansky - I think your FIL coming to your house is the best bet - I was just wondering how you DH and your FIL can be so nice when your MIL is awful!?! I couldn't believe your post -she is just insane! :sad2:

Nuchpharm- I am glad that Matthew is feeling better- you can always tell when they start acting up again! But it's a relief isn't it!

Well the weather here has taken a turn for the worse - I think Winter is on it's way well and truly! It was really foggy here this morning and I had to take Shelby to my moms for the day, its a 20 mile trip there down country roads surrounded by water - so the fog was even worse, I was doing 50MPH following another car and people were still attempting to overtake me - I am not kidding you couldn't see past the end of the car!! People are so stupid. The road is a 70MPH limit but jeez make allowances for the conditions!!! :confused3 It's raining a lot now and has gone very dark, DH put our heating on too so it must be chilly as he is the one that tries to leave it as long as possible cos gas prices here have like quadroupled this last year!

There are rumours going around our office today that the Company have sent out letters to everyone concerning a bonus that is to be paid in our October packet  so that's exciting, I wonder if it will be enough for a WDW or just enough for a Burger King??!! :rotfl:

Also - just need to say that the best Funnel Cake in the WHOLE WORLD is at Busch Gardens, they sell it by the Rhino Rally and they cover it in fresh strawberries, cream and strawberry sauce - OMG I am drooling on the keyboard now!! Who started the dam* conversation about Funnel cakes!!??! :rotfl:

 Hi to all the other Mommies I have misses, I am going to try and remember what page I am on as I am in a course all day tomorrow and don't seem to get time to post when I am at home, so I prob won't be about until Monday - although I may lurk!

Okay, Kona is watching the "Upside Down Show" for the 2nd day in a row and I just want to say that this show is about to drive me crazy.

Does anyone else find those guys totally annoying? :confused3

Back again. I need a break. :surfweb:

tkyes - DH listens to Disney music all day. I have no sound on my work computer. :sad2:

zalansky - Glad your FIL will come to your house to watch the kids. I wouldn't set foot at my MIL's house if she acted like that, either.

lissawynn - I think your neighbor needs to chill. I hope the remodelling won't put you out too much.

Alice28 - There were funnel cakes at the Boarkwalk, too. It took all my self control not to buy one every night. Luckily we were only at the BWI for a couple days. :rotfl: Hope the pinkeye clears up soon.

bellacam - Hope you feel better!

dizagain - Wow, your power goes out a lot. I hope they can get that problem straightened out...it's going to be cold soon!

BnB - DH could NOT walk past the Main Street Bakery without going in for a cookie. I've never seen the man eat as many cookies as he did at WDW.

Gem - :lmao: about your Burger King bonus. One year, our bosses claimed there was an "accounting error" and instead of being a nice, round number (like $100 for example) our bonuses were something lame like $67.35. And yes, they were that low! :rotfl: Beats the ugly ceramic ornament from the previous year, though.

FF - What channel is the Upside Down Show on? I've never heard of it.

Hey girls....so much for me staying offline!!!

I just had to post about my FIL, he drinks beer every day, lots and lots of it....but he doesn't get drunk. But every time MIL makes a nasty comment to him (which is many times a day) he looks at us and says "now you know why I drink so much." and the sad part is, he is not kidding. He knows what a witch she is. They've been married 50 years and there is no love lost between them, trust me. I don't know how he has lasted, even with the alcohol. By the way, he doesn't drink if he is watching the kids. But as soon as I pick them up he cracks open a beer. Poor guy. God Bless him.

I bid on a shopping cart cover on Ebay that I love!!! The woman makes them so I am hoping that even if I don't win she'll email me and offer to sell me one anyway. I need to get one because Cam chews on the cart all the time and I need to cut down on her possibility of picking up germs wherever I can. I can also use it at restaurants, here is a pic:

SL,

It's on Noggin, which my DH calls "sluttin" because the stuff they have on after 6 is just awful-girls kissing eachother, sex talk, etc. :teeth:

zalansky,

I knew you'd be back. :rotfl2: I love that cover. I have a plain one for Kona and I love it. I take it everywhere. It's one of the best baby items I've ever purchased. I also throw it on the high chair at restaurants. I hope you win the auction.
