****The Official June 2015 thread!!! We're finally going to WDW***

I am not an admin so I don't know. Maybe one of the admin will see this post and private message you the reason if you were banned. Sorry if that was the case:worried:

@Awholenewdisney - I think the only ones you might have difficulty getting would be the 7DMT and A&E at MK. MAYBE TSMM at HS (but check back later and they may open up since the SWW shows are all Tier 1 FPs but they aren't released until closer to the start of SWW, so many people book TSMM as a "filler" and then switch.

Thanks for the reassurance! We have no interest in A&E and plan to hit 7DMT at rope drop. Out first park day will be on June 5. So will we make FP+ reservations at 12 AM on May 4 or May 5?

We are surprising our kids with our trip and I am getting so anxious to tell them! It has been hard to keep the surprise! My husband said something about a friend/co-worker we are meeting there and I nearly blew it last night! We are telling them on Easter morning. They're going to get R2D2 spinners I picked up at WDW Princess Half weekend and a bunch of other Star Wars themed goodies for our Star Wars Weekend trip! I am so excited to tell them I can't wait for Easter to get here! 71 Days till our trip!

Are you offsite then? midnight on your 30 day mark. (12am May 6th actually) If you are onsite it is 60 days. (12am April 6th) Don't remember where you said you were staying.

Just booked WDW trip in June and staying at AoA for first time. Just went in February with DD13 on a school trip. DW and DD18 felt left out so booked June trip. We've been in June/July many times. Yes, it is hot, but if you plan ahead and prepare it is a great trip. One little tip, if you are in the Magic Kingdom on July 3rd, they do a preview firework show of July 4th. Last time we were there in July, we were on Splash Mountain, on the outside portion, when the fireworks started going off. It was amazing.

My family and I are going from 6/23 to 6/27! Lots of firsts for this trip: our first time going to DTD, our first time going to Epcot World Showcase, and our first time w/ the new FP+/MagicBands systems. :)

My parents, my little brothers (13yo and 15yo) and I (22yo) are celebrating my graduation from college! :)

I am so so so excited!

I'm the planning nut of the family lol...

We're staying at Caribbean Beach (worried about the timing of transportation, excited for the arcade, pool and ambiance), and we're doing one day per park, with some overlap through park hopper. :)

Exactly 3 months to the date til we leave for WDW! Got our magic bands pamphlet in the mail this past week! Once the magic bands arrive it'll be real to me! Still feels like a dream that I'm going to Disney!

Our first time going in June. Very excited because we get the end of SWW and the beginning of Frozen Summer! So excited!!!:)

Welp, just found out my son's pre-K graduation is two days after school gets out, which totally ruins my vacation I've had planned for a year. Ugh. So now I will be scrambling for our Star Wars meals as we'll have to give up our Jedi Mickey dinner on the 31st since his graduation isn't until 4pm that day. I just can't skip this milestone though. So much for getting ahead of the summer crowds. ;) And now I have to stalk for a Jedi Mickey meal on the 1st or the 6th. I don't think the school understands the amount of stress they put me under! ;) Don't they understand people plan Disney trips a year in advance! (And yes, I know they can't rearrange a graduation just for me, I just wish I'd known earlier!) Ok, off to try to extend my reservation! Fingers crossed we can get the days we need!

Oh no!! Hope you can get things rearranged! Stalk the June cancellation thread! Or I have heard Disney Dining Buddy will stalk for you for Star Wars meals ($8)

Good luck!

I already have Disney Dining Buddy for one Star Wars meal, but I might invest for the other as the Jedi Mickey was the MUST do. Hopefully with stalking the board, the site and maybe Dining Buddy we'll find a replacement!

My parents are going to have to cancel…Not sure we're still going now…or when...

Well, DH says we will go as planned, but it sucks that the reason we were going was because my mom really wanted to go and be able to see the characters with the kids and all…I got DH to agree to it once; it's not going to happen again I can pretty much guarantee. And there's no real way to know when my mom will be healed enough to go… :-/

Give it to me straight! For those that have been during June how bad is the heat? We are from Phoenix so we are used to the heat being in the 110-120 degree range during the summer. What we are NOT used to is HUMIDITY! My DH is worried that we are just going to be a ball of sweat and we won't have a good expeirence due to the heat. But then again DH isn't a big fan of Disney.
