One week!

DS already took the exams they have scheduled today, but DH took him to school so he can turn in his textbooks. Hopefully the line won't be too long.

DS and I are almost completely packed - I'll finish up this weekend. I need to stop buying stuff.

1 week from now we'll be checking in at Pop Century.

After today I only have 1 working day until vacation starts.

So far this week I have made it through:

Sending DNephew off to San Diego for Marine basic training

Kindergarten graduation for DD#3 - we didn't finish the ceremony because we had to evacuate the auditorium due to dangerous weather

5th grade promotion for DD#2 - our DDs attend a small private school that only goes through 5th grade so it is her last week there

Now I just have to get through DD#1's high school graduation

Boy, do I need this vacation - too bad I am nowhere near close to being finished packing

Can't believe our vacation is 3 weeks away and safe travels to all who are leaving soon!

I am looking forward to the sunny weekend we are supposed to have. DD is coming home from OSU for the weekend and we are headed to Cedar Point! It will be good practice for Disney - standing in line in the heat

My family will be arriving on June 5th and staying at All Star Music through June 12th!

We are only going 4 out of 7 days to the parks. I am staying offsite and visiting with family for at least 3 days. I hope the tikes can manage, but I guess only time will tell

Since you plan to spend days visiting with family, then I would split up the park days with family visiting days in between. Unless your kiddos normally spend full days playing outside in the heat and humidity at home, I think it's a lot to expect of them to spend day after day in the heat & humidity and crowds of a WDW summer.

OK, I haven't been on here in a while. What is the Photo Safari and the Team June all about?

Here we are modeling our wardrobe malfunctions for the coming trip. The paint chip mickeys are a great idea. As you can see we're using them for our countdown calender and the LGMHs on our hats. In 2 weeks we'll be in the air.

For once I'm glad our trip is a month away... I tripped over my daughter and kicked a doorjamb and now have a very swollen and purple middle toe on my left foot. I'm walking quite gingerly, glad I'm not walking around WDW!

I did buy panchos and misters at Target yesterday. I wanted to buy more stuff but that is for June's budget, and I need to sit down and make an actual list. It was tempting though!

ETA: OMG three weeks! It no longer says "month" on my countdown!

Sounds like my wife.. She is on strict sit at home and do nothing instructions.. It seems that every time right before we leave for Disney she hurts her ankle or her knee!!

I can't believe we're already at 10 days out! My son graduated from kindergarten today (snif snif), and we're ready for summer! Today it is 106 here, so I'm actually looking forward to getting to WDW so I can cool off!

I'm getting a little nervous about our touring plan. This will be my 3rd trip with kids, but the first one without grandparents along. I was hoping my 4 year old would be above 40 inches, but I don't think he's gonna make it. That means we'll be splitting up more than I'd hoped. Wish us luck!
