We'll be there 1/20 - 1/29 at the Contemporary. This is only our second time going since our honeymoon about 16 years ago. I'm sure it will be like going for the first time, all new, especially with kids.

Contemporary was always my favorite as a kid, even though we only stayed there once. Having the monorail zip through as you're eating at the "buffeteria", trying furiously to keep track of all of them, was great.

We will be there from Jan 12-15 staying at GF for my dd college cheerleading comp and then we are moving to BCV from Jan 15-21. Can't wait. I will turn 40 during this trip. What better place to be??

does anyone recommend making adr's for 2 people before we go? i'm worried that places i really want to eat at will be filled (probably because the only time we've ever been was in the summer or at christmas), but i don't want to feel like i'm planning too much??

Yes, definately...you can always change them to allow you the flexibility you want.

We are planning on going Jan. 10-15 staying at SSR. Our plans aren't final yet, we may stay at ASM the first night since we will be arriving late, so we can save some DCV points.
Can't wait!

My DH and I are going Jan. 3 - 8. Spending the first night at AKL Concierge so that we can do the Sunrise Safari and then moving over to WL for the rest of our stay. No ADR's made yet.

thanks minniebeth and yellownovawife, i'm going to tomorrow. i guess i just felt like making some adrs would be planning too much into it, but it really isn't now that i think about it. i'm calling for boma and teppanyaki (before it closes for rehab!). i'm trying to think of one more nice place for a romantic dinner for the two of us...
