The Official GLEE thread

Awesome episode! Really loved the songs. I wanted to tell Finn "No, don't sing, it, don't do it."

I really hope he finds out the truth. It is so unfair for him to feel that way about the baby for the rest of his life that way when it isn't even his.

Hooray ! I feel like the show is getting back on track..I am sooooo relieved the Rachel crush thing was handled in one episode and not designed to drag on! I liked the music tonight as well. It looks to me like the pregnancy thing is going to break wide open fairly soon..I would be so ticked if we had to wait all the way to the season finale. Looks like next week it's going to focus more on the sectionals again too. I'm a happy camper :)

Loved Mr. S's mash up song! My hubby couldn't understand why Emma and Rachel were still gaga for him after he sang those lyrics. I told him that Will could sing the phone book and still be hot!

I hope that Noah starts to step up to being a daddy. But now that Quinn has no place to go and is staying with Finn and his mom, I'm sure she'll try her hardest to keep Finn thinking he is the daddy. Did you catch Finn telling Quinn's parents "but we didn't have sex!" while he was sitting on their couch?

Puck is going to blow this one wide open later on, it will epic. I can't wait for it to blow up in Will's wife's face, but I am happy they are downplaying that pregnancy.

I totally agree with you. This past episode definitely brought the show back on track ... finally! And next week looks like the good ole' Glee that made me start watching the show.

On the other hand:
Mercedes!!! What is wrong with you?!?! Are you mentally deranged? First, you go and break Kurt's window on his car because you overreacted about him not liking you. Then, you find out that Puck is the father and immediately, no time for it to process or anything, but IMMEDIATELY spout off the "you're the dad, but not the father. it takes a man to be the father. Quinn's that baby's father," line. It was either bad acting or bad writing. No one would just take are revelation like that in stride without asking more about it, questioning the validity of the claim, or at least making a "gasp" noise. That part made no sense to me at all.

Will, what is wrong with you? No man on the face of the planet earth doesn't see his wife's belly, even if it has "a rash." The only exception to that rule is that the father died right after impregnating his wife or the father went to war right after impregnating his wife. They really need to wrap that story up because it has way too many loose ends.

I agree on Mercedes...I was like, "seriously? poor Puck." I like Puck. A lot. I feel badly for him. He's trying to be a proper father, but no one is letting him :guilty:

And Will's a moron. I think we've seen that.

I do love the show. What other show can make me sob and crack up in the course of an hour? :upsidedow

Last night's show was the first time I really wanted to go to itunes and buy the songs. I loved LOVED their version of Stand By Me and the medley of Don't Stand So Close To Me and Young Girl was brilliant.

The whole pregnancies thing really bothers me. First, there is no way to tell the sex of a baby at ten weeks. That still irks me. And the fact that Will hasn't seen his wife's belly??? And she's that "big" already? And Quinn isn't showing at all. But I love this show. I have most of the songs on my ipod and I love listening to the different versions. Defying Gravity is one of my favorites and I think they nailed it!

Yeah, exactly. I feel bad for Puck. He really wants to be the father. It's seriously messed up.

I do still love the show though. I will continue watching because the music arrangements are amazing.

I was cracking up watching Will's face as he sang. To say he's expressive is an understatement :rotfl:Loved this episode though. The end number of "Lean on Me" was so sweet.

Just so you all know, I LOVE Will. And whoever said that he could sing the phonebook and it would still be hot? SO TRUE! So, very, very true!

I love this show.....but hate the pregnancy storyline...it is totally ridiculous. Wish they would handle it differently. But love the show...of course especially the show tune numbers!!!!! I'm such a GLEEk!!!

Wow, two very emotional numbers last night! Loved it. True Colors is one of my favorite songs. Loved the character drama too. It's great to see their relationships with each other develop, like Kurt and Racheal.

I'm very glad that the Glee club is back on track and not doing any gimmicks any more.

GOSH, will the pregnancy story ever end? This show is truly a Soap Opera. Just when you thought that the pregnancy story woud be nearing a close (Quinn not giving up her baby, etc.), Quinn finds out that Puck is a chauvanist and decides to give up the baby again. Please don't let this story continue until next season or else the rating will surely drop. I will keep watching the show, but I have many friends who have stopped watching because of the pregnancy thing. If they know what's good for them, they will conclude it in the next two episodes or else the ratings will drop and the show won't be renewed ... that would make me sad because I LOVE Glee.

I can't wait to see what the Glee club does for sectionals!!!

Am I the only one who doesn't mind the pregnancy storyline? I think the wife and sister are a total riot. They are nuts. I also really don't the Finn/Puck thing with Quinn.

It isn't my favorite but I'm not going to stop watching the show over it. It is silly but the whole show is silly.

The Imagine song brought tears to my eyes!! It may just be the preggo horomones, hee hee, but I have deaf people in my family so it hit home.

What I don't get is that from the beginning, Will's wife is several weeks ahead of Quinn.

I know that the writers are anticipating that we will just no notice that. But she is several weeks ahead of Quinn. I am wondering if they will just ignore that, or again have Will's wife cover her tracks on that one.

Finding out the gender at 10 weeks bugged me as well.

I am right there with you....with the sister espescially...oh my:rotfl:her justification for drinking while pregnant had me :rotfl2:
