Okay I read Eonline and here is some gossip...no spolers
Gilmore Whirls
So, let's just keep up the eastside vibe we started yesterday with Christina Ricci and Moby and head over to one of my fave spots, the Alcove. Faithful Awful folks will remember when I shot my news segment there just a coupla months back. Lovely joint, really, charming in a New Englandy sorta way. And maybe that's why two of Gilmore Girls' finest hit the place for lunch on Saturday.
Now, this one's for the books--an item about Paris that's not about a Hilton! I'm talking about Liza Weil, who plays the deliciously, unbearably neurotic Paris Geller. Liza showed up with a hot dude and two hot dogs. She looked adorable, all relaxed in a cream sweater and jeans--and she sounded nothing like her whiny character, see. A few seconds later, things got really freaky when one of the Gilmore boys, Yanic Truesdale, joined his buddy at the table right next to Liza's.
At this point, you're probably like, who? So, here's the basics for those of you who don't do WB (but should, if you ask moi). Yanic plays Michel Gerard, the innkeeper who drives Lauren Graham's character up the chatty wall. And still, you wonder, why didn't I just toss this in with the other sightings?
Well, get this. My Alcove spy reports the following: "First, it was really funny, just like it would be if any of us ran into a coworker we don't know well," dishes my eavesdropping sista. "But then Liza started asking him all these questions. She was like, 'Do you think we're getting picked up again? Is Rory still going out with Logan?' "
Now, any WB watcher knows that Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel are, like, the two biggest stars on that network. So, the idea of this show getting canceled is absurd to begin with. But the idea of one of the damn stars kvetching to a colleague is simply de-lish.
