Okay, I have seen yesterday's episode twice now on Soapnet, and am really creeped out by the death. So how long d oyou think this will continue? I thought that I read that Leslie was supposed to be a victim, but she's not there.

I don't think Leslie will die. I have read that *She comes next week or the week after with Spencer and Nik asks her to keep him. Geogie IS dying. Kirstina Wagner is returning for her funeral. Scott Clifton and Wally Kurth are returning for Emily's. Also, Robin Christopher is supposedly out by Feb. *

As for continuing they will be off the island by Tuesday.

Today is going to be really, really sad. I was never a HUGE Emily fan. She and Nic were always too lovey dovey for me. I hated her with Sonny. That being said, I have to see her go. It seems they are writing out all of the older characters. I don't like it at all.

I can't believe it's going to be another Quartermane?...That's nuts. After having to endure her with Sonny...gag! It would have been easier to take that then. I agree that it has gone on FOREVER already. This was supposed to have been on Holloween..it's almost Thanksgiving! Quite the 'holiday season" on GH.

i didnt really like the way they "showed" the death scene..today will be sad. How are they killing off georgie, she hasnt been on for a few days ,does it happen at the mansion or after? they said there would be multiple deaths, who are the others???

It sounded to me like there some a thud such as Nik hitting the ground and then Emily went down after that. I think AZ or whoever, knocked out Nic then killed Emily.

As much as Emily got on my nerves at times, I'm going to miss her character esp. with the scenes between her with Elizabeth and Jason.

Oh my, today's show was so sad. I don't get to watch it often and I didn't know that they were still on the island. It seems like they've been there forever. Anyways, the stuff with Nicholas and Emily was so sad. I don't particularly like Emily but jeez you think after the rape, living with a mob boss and all the times Nic's grandmother tried to get her, she would have learned to fight a little instead of standing around throwing her hands in the air.

I did find it quite fitting that she died in that big white ball gown as she seemed to be the town princess and I thought it was a nice tie in.

Is Allan still haunting Tracy? I hope we get to see his reaction to what happened to Emily.

ETA: I know I'm being critical but I was just wondering if there are all these people with guns or weapons or whatever, you think they would have bound together as one unit to try to get the AZ guy or his goons but then again the show woulnd't have lasted weeks like this.

I bet it was AZ but he made it look like Nickolas did it. ANd I bet everyone thinks he did it too.

I don't know...it seems to me that the only time this gets interesting is if they are killing a beloved character off. After all they've had the viewers go through with Emily..her cancer...remember all the "good byes" then?...and now they kill her off this way? I don't know...I can't take all the killing..not exactly a pick me up. Now Georgie?...Happy Holidays in GH? No Allen to tell the Christmas story at the hospital. What about poor Michael and Morgan. Tell me those kids aren't going to be in therapy for years!

Lots of random obvservations here:

I can only hope Alan is still haunting Tracy and Emily joins him. Or at least he talks to her. Provided they ended up in the same place.

The previews with Nik over Em's body, holding what appears to be a knife to his chest--very Romeo and Juliet. Agree with PP about how fitting it is that Em died wearing white.

Re: question of who killed Em--I think what saves Nik is that Em was strangled, like Leticia. Question--who is strangling the women? Is it AZ? Or is there someone else (I'm betting).

Agree that this show was extremely hard to watch, and I was also tired of Emily's whining, helpless, enabling behavior. I cried like I did when BJ died. Especially touching were the scenes with Jason and the scene where Elizabeth is sobbing over her.

Why kill off Emily? They've recast her before. Why not Sam? I can't stand Sam. I would applaud her demise.

Gosh, this was a hard one to watch!

OMG... I just watched and sobbed as well.....as much as when BJ died. I am so glad that I watched tonight instead of watching in the morning with my coffee before work... I never could have worked and my face is a mess. I think I'm going to need to watch a few more in the evening till we get past this.
