My guess Lucky and his Sam factor. No judge would give him kids knowing he was cohorting with con Artist i still don;t get the Jason thing though.

Both Ric and Jerry will seek Alexis out as sounding boards. Molly will not be returned to Ric - Alexis keeps her.

Why does Liz only live with jason temporarily?

That was not me, I believe it was someone's spec. Liz will not have anywhere to go once she is released - and I have she goes to Jason's but there is nothing to indicate whether its temporary or not. Sorry.
