I think Julie Berman deserves an Emmy for this storyline. She had me in tears 3 times during yesterdays and todays show. I was especially bawling when Luke came back and I am not one to cry at Soaps. I am so glad the writers did not make him act like a jerk. The scene where he protects LuLu from the Quartermaines was the best. Loved it!

I couldn't help but think of your comments about Julie Berman when I was catching up on the past couple of shows from this week. I totally agree with everything that you have said. She is playing this storyline very real. I love the chemistry that she has with Tony Geary. They are fantastic together! I am actually excited to see what lies ahead for Luke, Lulu, and Laura. Actually, the whole Spencer + Nicholas clan when she comes back. They really need her. I think that Julie has chemistry with everyone that she is acting beside. I really like the relationship that has developed between Lulu and her brothers, and Lulu's relationship with Carly. This girl is good!

I am looking forward to catching up on Soap Net on Sunday afternoon. I caught just bits and pieces all week and most of it looked really good. I agree about Julie, she was a real find.

I have to agree 100% Julie is the best actress to hit daytime in awhile. She definately deserves lots of awards. So what is the buzz about her keeping the baby? I hope she does. I hate to see her give it up. Maybe Laura will wake up in time to help her through it.

Now why does GH waste so much talent? I loved Kirsten Storms on DOOL. She was the best. I hate what they are doing with her. Such a waste.

Now Lucky is not my fav. I loved the past Luckys but this one hasn't done much for me. Am I alone with this?

Now am I the only one who wishes Elizabeth's baby is Jason's? I would love to see the 2 of them get back together.

Alexis is looking really bad lately. Never did care for the character except the connection with Nickolas. She has been like a mom to him.

Jax and Carly is rockin in my book. I love this Carly. Rumers are they are bringing back Jerry. Is this a Jerry and Bobby rematch? I wish they would have her hook up with Dr. Noah.

Robin has been so winey since she has been back. I have always liked her. Patrick is a hottie.

I too, have to quote this and totally agree

I simply cannot buy Alexis throwing Rick and Sam together. Ths is so rediculous!!
And now after seeing Rick talking with baby Molly .... WOW!!, I think Kristina would be better off with Sonny if Alexis dies.

I hate to vent, but I really hate when they just change characters on this show. They finally had me liking Ric (when he and Alexis got together)-- he was really nice to her and Kristina-- and I really liked him (loved Rexis). Now they're making him creepy again-- Sam, that talk with Molly-- wow!!! I was nauseaus watching it. I hate what they're doing with Maxie-- IMO its wrong to make Frisco's daughter such a trouble maker-- they had a good opportunity to make a strong character that some of us watching the show for 20 years might feel a real connection with. I hate that they made our beloved characters dead beat parents (Felicia, Robert, Luke). Felicia was super mom for so long raising those girls on her own, and then poof-- she's the world's worst mom. And, I wish they never had her cheat on Mac (they were such a cute couple). Once a couple gets married, they have to break them up within a year. Why? We used to have strong, solid married couples in the '80s-- it was cool. I've been watching this show since I was 9 ('82), and I'm just so sick of it now. They need to bring back Felicia, Bobbie, Ned (just because an actor hits 40, doesn't make them boring). Thanks for letting me vent. I'm just frustrated. I keep saying I'm going to stop watching, but then I cant' keep away because of Robin and Maxie, and the hope that I'll catch a second of Mac, Robert or Anna. I hope noone minds my vent-- it feels good to get that off of my chest. Obviously, I'm a huge fan of the Scorpios and friends-- I know I'm a minority.

Just wanted to add that I agree with you guys-- loved Lulu (and Julie Berman-- did I get that right?) I think she's doing an awesome job, as is Scott Clifton and Tony Geary. Really good storyline. I love that Lulu is connecting with Carly-- that's pretty cool too.

Someone (I'm sorry I don't remember who) mentioned Tony Geary doesn't look as well rested-- apparently he's only half way done his vacation, and popping in for a little break. He will be leaving soon to finish his vacation (I'm guessing in Amsterdam-- he's so funny), maybe then he'll look better. His vacation time just cracks me up! Love him!

Yeah I am curious about the butler as well. I think the nammy poisned him because he was helping nich and emily 'get back together', and she didn't like it. Either that or helena?

Ric is one twisted fella. Rick Hearst plays him well.. but I miss Ric and Alexis when they were fun and good together.... Nancy Grahn has been a favorite of mine forerver. I am hoping that Alexis kicks her OWN butt soon and gets a clue!! Maybe Luke could visit Natasha (alexis) and make her laugh. The scenes with Jax were heart warming...until Alexis demanded Ric show Sam a good time tonight at the Mayor's big party...

Liz.. go home and at least SEE Cameron... geez- are all of the Port Chuck kids on vacation... Cameron?? Morgan?? Mikey?? We get to see Christina and Molly (two very cute kids)

LuLu... good job by Julie Berman and Scott Clifton as Dillon...good storyline, lots of possiblities with this one!

Regarding Carly demanding to have Jason call her, I loved it when Sonny called Jax "Candy Boy!! He hasn't called him that in a while!

I laughed out loud at "Candy Boy." Every time I see Jax that pops in my head, but they never call him that anymore. I'll actually say out loud to my husband "candy boy" (he thinks I made it up), and then Sonny used it-- I was cracking up.

I think I liked Ric when he was more normal. I don't see the sudden change back to being a maniac that he was when he first came on the show. The character had developed quite a bit, and finally reached a point when he wasn't "after" his brother anymore..and now suddenly he is a slime again. Kind of seen this before. I thought the way he groveled after Sonny..whether it was trying to be nice to him or screwing him over..was really pathetic. I would like to see him just get a spine and be his own man...whether his brother likes him or not. As far as Alexsis...the whole cancer storyline is fine but they are using it to beat the "keep my girls safe" scenario to DEATH. The idea that Sam is so totally disgusted by and hates Ric with a renewed passion..I'm finding that a bit hard to swallow. Did you not just sleep with your mother's husband and your ex's enemy...and somehow this is all on Ric ...he is the one that somehow manipulated this situation to get back at Jason. That is what appears to her justification for her participation ..or is it that just because Jason found out about it? Am I the only one who thought it was Sam that was moving that scenario along?..now she is repulsed by him..and hates him..go figure. There does seem to be more interaction of the other cast members, so that is good...was getting very weary of the "Sonny Show".

No, you're not the only one. First of all, she didn't seem THAT drunk, and he was being really nice to her by picking up for her in front of Alexis-- it sure did not seem like it was all "Rick"-- I couldn't believe she was playing victim. Like yesterday "I woke up on the floor, Jason.. the floor." I'm so sick of Sam, the victim. Yeah, and you left your mess for your poor mother to clean up (that scene was so sad). Now, she "hates" Ric as if he victimized her, and he's going along with it by turning back into slime. I hate when the writers act like we're idiots.

Sam, on the other hand, is wearing a truckload of bright red lipstick. It looks like she put it on with a shovel. Why did they make her up like that? She is beautiful without the gallon of lipstick.

I may be in the huge minority here, but I will be verrry disappointed if they actually have Lulu get an abortion. Maybe this is where Laura will enter the scene and persuade Lulu not to go through with it. I've lost track. When is Laura expected to reappear?

I haven't watched the whole tape of today's episode yet, but I sure hope they don't kill off Alfred. He is so spunky and fun. I loved when he told off PsychoNanny. It is hilarious how persistent he is in pushing Emily and Nik together.

She's coming back in mid-October, on-screen (per ABC Soaps in Depth). But its only for two weeks. I'm not sure if that's two weeks on-screen or two weeks of filming. I'm thinking maybe two weeks of filming, because two weeks on-screen wouldn't put them at their mid-November anniversary, which was the point. Either way, it won't be long enough, and I'm really wondering how they're going to get rid of her again. I wish she would come back for good, but Genie being happy with her family is the most important thing.

And I hope Lulu doesn't have an abortion, too.

I thought it looked as if she were a little girl playing dress up with her mommy's make-up...it really looked as if a five year old drew on her face with bright red lip stick. Also...what's with the hair falling out on one side....she looked as if she had one too many and then decided to put on lipstick!. On the other hand for a change...her ****s weren't hanging out...which was a HUGE (forgive the pun) change of look for her!
