I was also wondering what Brook might just look like under all that makeup??? I love her character.. I do hope GH and TPTB keep her strong.

mamajoan, I agree with you about Brook. I bet she's really pretty under all that makeup. Her character is great, although they could maybe have her say "all right?" every other sentence instead of every single sentence. lol

This may have been discussed earlier, but I'm curious who will inherit Lila's money. Watch it be Alice because she whacks the murderer with her broom. That will be her "virtuous act."

Hi! I saw this thread and thought I would ask you GH fans a question. Why did Laura Spencer go crazy? What brought it about and where is she supposed to be now? I heard Nikolas talking about it on the show yesterday and I haven't wathced in a while so I'm clueless on this.

She had suppressed her memory of killing Rick's mistress. When Rick came back, she slowly remembered everything. I can't remember everything, but that's when she went nuts.

Didn't it go further than that? She also killed Rick. I thought that's what really pushed her over the edge. She's in a nameless mental institution (at least I think it's nameless!) From what I understand, Genie Francis isn't planning on coming back to the show any time soon, so we can't expect to see Laura recuperating either.

Oh yeah. I knew there was more to it. Rick was going to inject her with something when she cracked him over the head with a candlestick or something.

torismom - Today's "best" parts were when Heather did the Lila channeling thing again - for real this time.... and when Emily pulled the mask off the killer to reveal Mary.

Oh - I almost forgot. Yesterday someone here mentioned they hoped Trent was a victim of the killer - they got their wish...although I'm still not convinced that a garden claw could kill someone with so much of it still sticking out.

I would love to see Trent gone, I find him very annoying. But I agree with you, I'm not convinced he's dead b/c the claw didn't look like it was in his back much at all.

Wow! Sounds like I missed a lot while I was visiting the World. I read everything on ABC.com and you guys seemed fill in the rest. So Mary is the killer and she has gone mad. She killed both Sage and Trent...why?

Was todays show the first to air the new begining for the show?

BTW... all is well in the land of Mickey Mouse. We had a great trip!

Yeah, today was the first day they aired the new beginning credits. Glad they have some updated shots of the cast. Not sure yet if I like the music.

Mary killed Sage because she thought Sage was Emily. Both were wearing a white jacket-type thing, and the lights were out in the house. She killed Trent just because he got in the way.

What do you think of Heather going after Edward, and him falling for it hook line and sinker? I have to laugh at myself, because I hated Heather Webber many years ago when she was first on the show and that feeling never went away. I want to slap her every time she's in a scene. I know, I know, get a life...

I agree! Well......with one exception. When Tracy starts going after anybody, I forget about how annoying Heather is/was. Evidently I can only hate one person at a time - at least when it's Tracy!

Actually, I was glad when she first came back because she adds interest. However, her character is soooooo annoying in the inheritance storyline that I can't stand it!

I saw last Monday's episode, then was at the world all last week, so I caught up on soapzone.com. I'm glad I missed most of the idiotic murder mystery! Can the show move on now?

I thought I read a few pages back that Mary Bishop was supposed to hook up with Lucky?

I like Nik and Em together, I really do. She does tend to get on the nerves, but I can focus more on Nik than her, he is just so darned hot!

Oh, and I totally approve of the redesigned start of GH! Very cool!

And yes, Luke is due back very soon! Can't wait!

Did anyone else see a "Paul is dead" moment at the very end of it? (I'm referring to the old hoopla about the Beatles where there were supposed to be "signs" that Paul was dead.)

When all of the men were lined up in their tuxedos - Tony Geary stands up & walks away! The first thing I thought was "Now what is THAT supposed to mean?!?!?"

I know - I need to get a life!

From what I've heard about Tony Geary, it wouldn't surprise me at all that he hated doing that photo shoot. I just don't get why they left it in if that was the case. It just seemed odd.

Although it adds interest & gets people talking, which is I guess the purpose of the opening.
