Ok, was i just seeing things, or did anyone else have a problem with Dillion *hanging* in the Quartermaine foyer?? WHAT was up with that??

I just happened to tune in yesterday and could NOT believe what i was seeing. Since i only watch occasionally, why was he doing that??

Regardless, i thought that it was in extremely poor taste!

Dillon was trying to annoy his mom enough to let him move back to the dorms. He was imitating a scene from the movie "Harold and Maude", which is hysterically funny if you have morbid sense of humor. He sort of explained it to Georgie, but if you didn't know the movie, it lost a lot in translation. I thought it was hysterical to watch everyone react (or not react) to him.

Ok, just got this weeks SOD in the mail and there is a little paragraph on one of the first pages that said that Lauren Woodland has not accepted the role as Courtney on GH.

This is what it said (this sounds kind of funny to me)

Woodland was surprised by published reports that she had already signed a contract with GH. "That was a bunch of baloney," she chuckles. "I don't know where they got that information. I think Courtney would be very intersting to play, but there just hasn't been anything seriously discussed yet.

I think I saw a teaser quote, maybe in an SOD ad, that said that Alicia Leigh Willis was having second thoughts about leaving. Maybe that's why she's saying she ddin't sign. Maybe it fell through because Alicia is staying?

BTW I loved the ending scenes today, especially Tracy giving Monica a gift then shaking off a hug, and the photos of Lila and Steve Hardy. That's the kind of great use of history that keeps me watching even when it gets boring or silly.

I loved seeing the pics of the original cast members.
Did anyone else notice the look between Edward and Audrey ....Maybe they will make a storyline for these two....I have always loved Audrey's character....I am not so keen on the new Edward....I am hoping that they start using some of the older cast members more next year.
I hope Courtney and Jax get a couple storyline again....I really like them together....and I wish they would make him the knight in shining armour again....
I like Jason and Sam as a couple but if she climbs in bed with him while in the hospital one more time....I will scream....
They must have some kind of great med insurance, as we all know....no one stays in the hospital as long as some of these character do....Jason is walking around the hospital, stopping Sam from smothering Manny, but he isnt strong enough to go home and recupe there.

Loved Monica and Tracy yesterday... those two actresses pulled off more emotion within a few shots than many other actors can do in an entire week.

Does anybody know WHY Alicia Willis would leave the roll of Courtney? Altho Courtney can be a bit of a pain.. I like Alicia.

Oh.. I am hoping that the writers of GH come to their senses soon and do NOT have Sonny and Emily hook up... my stomach turns every time I see them in the same room...

Everyone looked sweet on the Christmas episode. and LuLu brought back so many memories of Laura at GH. Genie Francis could EASILY come back into the picture for .... tons of storyline available. just think a little GH history, a little Luke, Nik, Lucky and LuLu... and then add a couple of Cat fights with Bobbie, some angst with finances, a new man to REALLY sweep her off her feet.. and dang we would have some good stuff.

Last night dh and I took our son and DIL to a local bar.. never been there before it was a very young crowd and we were out of place but our kids had a great time. Well.. one of the last songs that the DJ played was...

I was wondering the same thing about Alicia....why in the world would she leave GH...I just dont see her becoming the next Julia Roberts. I think she is a good soap actress but not movie quality....
I would also love to see Genie F. return....not to Luke's crazy lovin arms but it would be great to see her grown children get the mothering they need....I just hope that if she does ever return they dont make her crazy....but let her go back to the original character qualities.....the good bad girl.... The writers just made her too matronly looking at the end of her last run.

Jest me own self guessin...but I would say that Jax's secret is that the baby is Nick's....Nicholas may be Laura's son, and he loves Laura...but there has never been any love lost between those two, and ifin he had the chance to tell Nicholas the truth, or get leverage on Jax....he would choose the leverage!!

She's really close to Tamara Braun, I believe...I had a job a few years ago with a close friend, and when she had a baby and left to stay at home, I just couldn't stand to be there any more. I found a new job. When Tamara left, I just assumed that Alicia would probably be leaving, too, so I wasn't surprised to hear it.

I like the new Lu Lu alot. She really does remind me of Laura. I keep thinking that they're going to bring her back somehow. Probabaly wishful thinking on my part.

Did you see Tuesday's show when Emily was going to her bedroom in Sonny's house because there was no heat in the guest house. Her and Sonny were looking at each other like they wanted to sleep with each other. It was the most awkward fake acting I have ever seen.

It was also a hoot when Carly asked Emily to come to Michael's birthday party. She was making a face, and then turned around and smiled at Sonny.

I also didn't know Carly's real name is Caroline. Luke called her Caroline yesterday.

What is with Alexis not liking Michael, and not wanting Kristene to attend his birthday party. I'm glad Carly told Alexis's she is as nutty as herself, but she is also hanging on to Kristene so tight, she is going to burst.

I wish they'd just bring somebody new on the scene for Sonny. He could use a change of woman, someone completely different than Lily, Brenda, Carly, et al. Whoever he ends up with (Emily or not) you know she'll get pregnant! Sonny has gotten just about all the females pregnant hasn't he?

I also didn't know Carly's real name is Caroline. Luke called her Caroline yesterday.

She called herself Carly after the orginal Carly was "killed" in the car accident That was Reese's name when they were in school together. I believe they said Reese was her middle name and she took that so she wouldn't be recognized.

Luke always calls Carly, Caroline....I think he does it to put her in her place. I've always like the Luke and Carly relationship. I personally have seen a tiny glimmer of Sarah Brown's "Carly" in Laura Wright. I've been impressed and I was not so much so at first. I think she can pull this off.

Well whoever it is will be either pregnant or dead. Quite the effect he has on women! This guy will be 80 and still go around impregnating the women of Port Charles..who are so in love with him they become fertile Myrtle's as soon as he looks at them. Then of course some catatrophe occurs and poof they are gone...and he is in love with,and of course betrayed once again by Carly!

I like the NuLuLu, the NuKristina and the NuCarly. I also see some spunk in NuCarly. She looks like she can take on the world. I liked Tamara Braun, but she seemed to just shrink before our very eyes. I love Alexis, but loved it when NuCarly stood up to her about the b'day party and how Kristina would rebel against her someday. I thought....someday Kristina probably will be a rebellious teen.

I swear I am going to spontaneously combust (only pretend this is a TV, not a PC) if Sonny and Emily end up in the sack together. They didn't even do the "oh, I'm so surprised to see you in a towel in the hall" scene well. Natalia Livingston is not that good of an actress to be working on that level with Maurice Bernard, imo. If I were him, I'd be complaining about this storyline.

Carly has apparently moved into her new house. Sonny came over and so did Lo to tell her she needs better security.

Did you see Carly crawl into Mikey's bedroom window last nite. What kind of security does Sonny have if Carly was able to do that. I thought for sure Sonny would find Carly hiding behind the hall dresser. But then they showed his eyes, like he was thinking about Emily. This is Sonny and Emily pairing is just getting stupider by the day. And having Sonny dressed in a black tank top to show his muscles and tatoo-it was like they were trying to bring Sonny's age more in line with Emily's.

I heard Emily and Nicholas are going to kiss on NYE.
