I also heard the Y&R gossip too...but don't know ifin that's a done deal or not. Have not read in any of my mags about Kelly leaving.

People who need a good smackin!!:

1. Emily (uh...duh???..do I NEED to spell it out?)
2. Courtney (fer being annoying)
3. Jax (for bein a general weenie lately)
4. Nicholas (fer broodin too much)
5. Sonny (fer just general purposes, and for repeating alot of his dialogue alot)
6. Alan (always doin sumptin dumb)
7. NuEdward (for ruining the character...but I guess he is doing as good as he can with the bad material written for him)
8. Diego (fer being a scum bucket)
9. WRITERS!!!! For too numerous to mention here reasons
10. PRODUCERS!!! For not coming up with the money to keep our old, beloved vets and replacing them with newbies we don't care about.

Like the new substitute Nicholas also. The other always with the brooding..but maybe that's what they wanted to go with Emily's whining.
With Robin being back...the originator of the whiney role...maybe they will give Emily a bit more spunk..but looks like she will be the next damsel in distress for Sonny...ugggh!
Looks like maybe Jax had the results switched...but why would he do that...really. He was so bent on having a child of "His own" that they had a surogate in Elizabeth...now when he finds out Courtney is pregnant he bribes her dr. into saying he is the father. Doesn't make sense, last month he wanted a child of his own blood...and now he will take Nicholas'?? Strange. All this after he called his wife a slut for having feelings for Nicholas. That's a real turn around.

OMG! I am so totally grossed out by this potential Sonny & Emily pairing. I cannot stand her! She drives me nuts!

Someone needs to tells Tyler Christopher to get a new haircut because the one he has currently really makes him look greasy.

Oh, and this Manny story....UGH!!!! They are telling virtually the same story on AMC except Jonathan has had some after shocks from the surgery. And, I bet the people who have ever had brain surgery are screaming at the tv because of how fast these people with brain trauma's are recovering.

One more thing, what judge in their right mind is going to make a victim of a crime, Alexis, represent Manny. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Only on soaps.

I agree about the Emily and Sonny pairing. Makes my head hurt Are the writers really that desperate for material? I'm ready for Courtney, Nikolas and Emily to all ride off into the sunset.

The only chuckle I got the other day was when Luke called Jax "Koala Boy." I wonder how many times they had to shoot that scene because I thought they had to be cracking up!

Koala Boy!...I caught that too...Luke is so funny. Makes me wonder how much of it is written for him...and how much is improvised..or he writes himself.

I had read recently that Genie Francis was looking to return to daytime...and GH actually turned her down. I will be dissapointed if she turns up on another soap. They could really use her on GH. Luke will always be a loose ends without her character. It would be great to see that kind of chemistry again.

Was also disturbed by the Manny having a brain tumor story line...given that it's already being done on AMC...which I've watched since day one. While it does bother me that all these folks recover from brain surgery as if they've just had a cavity filled....(my dad's had brain surgery..and it's a very long road to any kind of recovery)...but it's not reality..it's the soaps. Also..AMC has just done a better job of it...the brain surgery did not have the character be perfectly normal...and just "good" now. It is obvious he has suffered a 'brain injury". Also AMC makes good use of many of their original characters..ones that have been with the show since day one...they have major story lines...not just human fixtures that GH has relegated many of the long time characters to being. GH writers should really take a look at AMC to see what they are doing right. They use the right amount of old with the new to keep things interesting, and not lose long time watchers...while still gathering new fans. This has been a real iritant on GH...that's why seeing Luke being...well Luke..is so refreshing...only it makes me long for the old days of GH. I'm not sure we will see that sort of thing anytime soon. That's pretty much why I can check in on GH once a week and be all caught up...not too much actually happens anymore. Unless...it's the Sonny loves Carly...Sonny is betrayed...Sonny has another child with someone else...Sonny hates Carly...oh...and then Sonny loves Carly again...for YEARS now.

I don't know what is going on... Sonny and Emily? How old is Sonny? I really like Nicholas and Emily together - I do not like Courtney. I really hope this baby is not Nicholas' but what else could it be that Luke has on Jax?

You know, I was thinking the same thing about the age difference there should be between Sonny and Emily. The original Emily who is a teenager still...I'm sorry but I forget her name..the one on Joan of Arcadia... You can't picture her with Sonny..?Right?...but it does seem they aged Emily ...as they have Lucky...who was her original first friend..so that she is older and suddenly eligible for Sonny. They are really reaching now. I think they just don't know what to do with her. God forbid they give her a back bone and have her be a strong self relient woman...when they can have her be Sonny's love interest.
Maybe they will age Christina...and in say 5 years she can be Manny's girlfriend! LOL! Sick..I know! Forgive me.

Amber Tamblin...for any of ya'll who are old enough to remember Twin Peaks, Amber's dad was on it. His name is Russ I believe. It was sooo funny, one time a long time ago, she was at the bookcase behind the desk at the Quartermaine's and she was talking about family, and picking up the pics, and the one she picked up, was a pic of her real life dad!!!! I love it when they throw in stuff like that. On OLTL, Bo has pics behind his desk of real life service buddies.

As I mentioned on the AMC thread, Emily and Sonny together are at the TOP of my ugg-o-meter!!!!.Alexis representing Manny.....also on ugg-o-meter is of course any possibly romantic pairing of Jonathan and Lily..


As ALWAYS...I am once again behind 2 weeks...and will have to do a marathon makeup session and watch 12-13 in a row. I guess since so much can be skipped over as tired and redundant....I will get thru them quickly. I love not having the Friday cliffhanger, in case something actually does happen that is exciting on a Friday, I already have Monday's right there too. And of course, ifin anyone ever misses something important, and you want a recap...I'M YER GAL!!!! You can either ask me here, or PM me, and I will recap the whole episode for you....because most likely...it's still on the PVR.

You know...I love how they say one of the reason's that they don't do the nurses ball anymore is because of the production costs...yet they don't mind spending money going out and hunting for new people we could care less about!!!! I don't know about you's guy's....but give me a great nurses ball rather than 3 new teenagers..ANYDAY!!!!

Regarding Sonny and Emily, Sonny has a thing for younger women. Doesn't anyone remember how he woo'd Jagger's underage girlfriend (was her name Karen?) in to stripping for him? He was a real slime ball back then. I don't remember if Karen and Jagger were together at that point, but Sonny used to own a strip club back in those days. That's how he was introduced on GH.

I think Nik's brooding character is all part of the Cassadine M.O.

And Luke has something on Jax, can't wait to find out what it is.

From what I read about Sam (Kelly) before was that she was going to do DH and GH at the same time. Then she was going to leave when her contract is up next year.

Now I have read that she is not going to DH. ???? Supposedly the other women didn't want her on the show. Who really knows.

Did you see Nicholas give LuLu a diamond necklace. He said it was their's moms birthday that day. He said LuLu always wanted a diamond and she said her mom told her she was to young to have a diamond. So Nicholas gave her one. Then they got talking about their mom and saying how sad it is that she doesn't even know it is her birthday or anything else. Then they said they know she is being taken care of at her facility.

I thought Laura died. I thought that was why Luke got married.

So it was good to hear Nicholas and LuLu talking about their mom, so maybe something is up.

Ok, was i just seeing things, or did anyone else have a problem with Dillion *hanging* in the Quartermaine foyer?? WHAT was up with that??

I just happened to tune in yesterday and could NOT believe what i was seeing. Since i only watch occasionally, why was he doing that??

Regardless, i thought that it was in extremely poor taste!
