What if I have a room on hold thru AAA at POP think that my TA can call Thur and still get the free dining ? Myabe just maybe Disney is allowing so many rooms for Visa holders and so many for the rest of us.

Hmmm maybe I will try a different date. Ds turns 2 9/8 so we wanted to avoid the plane ticket. But, it really is worth it.

I was dialed in at 7 on the dot. Lucky for me it took about 10 minutes of waiting and my call was answered by a very helpful CM. I already had a 11 day/10 night booking at POP and had no dining included originally. I told her I wanted to update my reservation to include the FD promotion that was being offered. She asked if I was a visa card member and I said yes. She never asked for the promotion code, just the first 4 digits from the card. Then since I originally paid teh deposit with a diff. credit card, she had to credit that card and re-charge the deposit with the disney visa. Finally, she said everything was set and I had the dining. My confirmation/reservation number did not even get changed. So, upon hanging up I waited a few minutes and began thinking to myself, what if she messed up or something and it didnt go through, I have no new confirmation, so how would I ever know. So I logged into my online account at the main WDW site. I put in the reserv. num. and all that and it came up. It did show the new 200 deposit charge that she just did, but the rest of the information on the reservation was not saying anything yet about dining at all. So now I am stressing and do not want to call back now and wait in line just to verify. I will do that later, but just figured I would ask if anyone has any ideas. Do you think it will post later, or has anyone experienced the same thing (like not having dining at all on their existing reservation, then calling and getting free dining and it not showing up right away under the online copy of the reservation)

Got in for Sept 22nd-29th at All Stars Music. They had only preferred rooms available at ASMo.

Disney here we come!!!!!!!!

1 hr 33 mins later...I booked a long weekend at POP for hubbie and myself with Dinner at Wolfgang Pucks and Cali Grill....They said there were 146 calls still on hold.

Just got a CM!! After 57 minutes... I almost used up all my minutes on my cell! CM said about 65 calls in the que, but at one point there were over 145. He said more CMs have come in and calls are going faster.

Changed existing ressie at POR standard room w/dining to POR standard room w/FREE DINING!!!!

Sept. 11-14 - Saved over $350 for a quick 4 day trip.

What phone number did you call?? I am up to 25 mins now and still on hold. Oh well, that's what I get for sleeping in..

1-407-WDISNEY is the number I called.

Got all my ADR's too! Only one I did not get the time I wanted was LeCellier, I got 7:50 instead of the 5-6pm time frame. 7:50 was the earliest they had for 9/26

Exact same thing happening to me and my DSis's reservations right now. Not showing up online, but we definitely converted our packages. I'm guessing there's some sort of interface timeline...and they should show eventually. I asked this question a few posts back.

ok, i want to be ready on thurs---i never give up!!! and i want to be the first on the phone (just a little competitive can ya tell?) so my big question is.... when i call 407 w disney to "fix" my res, how early can i call? do the phone lines open at 7 or 8 am eastern time? thanks!

Congrats to all that got free DDP. Unfortunately my dates are in Oct. I'm hoping for some sort of discount or freebie during my dates. I'm kind of glad I didn't try to reschedule our vacation. I can't imagine being on hold for over an hour. Kudos to those that have that kind of patience.

I just got through and talked to a very nice cm. However, POP was not available for my nights 9-12 to 9-19 I booked All Star Music instead. I'm a little disappointed about that, but hey, I'm talking my son on his first Disney trip!!

Hey all I only waited 10 min at 8:45 am!!! I even got disconected while making the res. Then the disney rep called me back!!! We are going 9/22 to 9/29.

I switched my 40% off at AS Music to free dining at AS Movies. The resort change is showing online, but only the original 200 is appearing, not the additional 200 I paid today. Also, the dining plan is not listed. Should I be worried?
