I'm on hold, 10 min and counting. Now my saved offer on the disney site says not all my preferences are still available! ACK! I hope it's just a glich and POP is still available for free dining.

Just booked Pop for 4nights 8/30-9/3. First CM I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and said I had to call Disney Visa. I hung up and called back and got it with not problem.

Arrrrrrrrgh! I was on hold for 8 minutes and 26 seconds when I got disconnected. I had to call back in and get in the back of the line. Not a fun Disney experience!!

I too started calling a few minutes before and kept redialing like mad. As soon as I got in, I punched everything in right away. That was over 10 minutes ago, still on hold. I am on the TA line too!

Last year, I was on hold for 42 minutes until someone picked up, same thing starting calling before they opened. UGH!
